Lisa and her team worked with us to decorate our venue and transformed the room into the perfect winter wedding. My husband and I are a little unconventional and I was a bit nervous about how our decor would turn out. We decided to have a robot-themed wedding and I knew that there was potential for it to slip over into tacky. Lisa worked with me to come up with a plan and what her and her team put together for us was a perfect mix of glamour and quirkiness, and 100% us. When I first saw the room being put together, I almost cried with excitement because it was so perfect and beautiful! Everything was gorgeous and our friends and family loved it!

Jackie is the most amazing decorator in the the London area. She saw my vision for my wedding before I even had to tell her what I wanted! The decorations in my hall were just breathtaking and every guest kept asking me who did your decor! I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding so perfect especially during COVID! She is my first choice for any decorating in the future!!

Owner was not very flexible regarding cancellation of services during COVID - limited (not useful) options offered to remedy situation to use funds already commited via deposit. A lot of business' were a lot more flexible during these times understanding Bride/Grooms etc. have had to endure a lot of bumps to try and have their special day, unfortunate that some value the security of a deposit over a happy client. Will not consider for future events.
