I signed up my children for the after school program of Mad Science in March of 2020 then COVID happened and all the programs were cancelled until further notice. I requested a refund immediately several times from the owner Judy and she REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. She states that she does not have the funds to refund the customers who paid for a service that they did not receive. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beware of using this service!!!!
