Very unprofessional. All of the higher-ups are messy, disrespectful, act like they are in high school and they play the favoritism role a lot . I lasted 60 days at concentrix, I couldn't stay there any longer. You have to clock out to use the bathroom, they "promote" you without higher pay, and they treat you horribly.

This place has an incredibly high turnover rate. It is very stressful to work here. The pay is low, the hours are horrendous. If you need to go to the bathroom you get deducted the amount of time it took you to go. Employees there get abused by the American Chrysler customers who are frustrated with FIAT. In turn the supervisors are generally no help. The customer services people are mainly there to record the call and stall the customer.

My daughter worked here and lasted six months. Place is a joke, and so is management. Supervisors have their favourites. Lots of employees screw around and rat out the others. Was a circus-like atmosphere where hardly anybody seemed to know what they were doing. Yes, they always seem to be hiring, but you should take that as a hint. High turnover of employees here, just like fast food, retail, or any other BS job. I'm honestly surprised this joint is still around. I guess Chatham needs something to keep it going, B$ jobs or not.

It's not a bad place to work, if you can handle the politics and customer service, the work from home option is good as well. They have a lot of room to improve as far as a call center goes.
