I got the opportunity of planning the 2019 Christmas Party of the company I worked for but due to my crazy work schedule I decided to get professional help. I have been following A Charming Fete for while on instagram and I was so ready to work with them! Let me just say, BEST decision ever!! I got to work closely with Chelsea and Bella who paid special attention to design and what we wanted. The theme was Winter Wonderland...and the peoples reactions when they walked into the ballroom as I recall "This looks like its out of the Frozen Movie"!!! Honestly, everyone was raving about the party for weeks!!! They already talking about the 2020 christmas party! Chelsea and Bella co-ordinated everything flawlessly and worked with our company budget closely to get the best out of it! The centerpieces, the flowers, the lighting, the DJ... everything was beyond perfect! The dealt with all the vendors and were transparent with design and pricing. Other than these Ladies planning expertise, they really are the sweetest to work with! Thank you Chelsea, Bella and A Charming Fete!! ...Hope we can work together again soon!!

Working with A Charming Fete is a wedding vendors dream. As a wedding photographer, I’ve seen weddings go every which way. With a planner, things always go more smoothly, with ACF they go impeccably perfect. Their team is like a well oiled machine making sure everything is absolutely perfect without you even knowing what was going on behind the scenes. Their eye for detail is amazing and you can feel how much they care about their clients having a positive experience. I cannot even express how thankful I was to have A Charming Fete plan and coordinate our wedding day. I was debating on hiring a wedding planner and met with different Cleveland planners, but ultimately decided on A Charming Fete because I wanted a unique wedding executed with a professional eye. They have amazing taste! Lauren Hibbard went above and beyond for us during the entire planning process and wedding day. She was truly invaluable and our dream wedding would not have happened without her. She kindly answered all my type A emails, coordinated a flawless plan with my vendors/ venue coordinator, and executed our taste better than we could have imagined. I was set on having an outdoor wedding and when the Cleveland summer thunderstorms became a threat, she transformed our venue into a rain plan that was better than the original. Lauren and her team of vendors worked hard all morning and afternoon while I could get ready for the wedding stress -free (minus checking the rain forecast continuously). She also stayed past 1 am breaking down and bringing my belongings from the venue to my parents' hotel room. I could go on for days about the value of having great wedding planners like Lauren and A Charming Fete. Basically, if you want to have the wedding of your dreams that guests will rave about for months, you should work with A Charming Fete!

As an out-of-town bride I was looking for planners that were super organized and understood my ascetic and vision. Somer and Lisa fit those requirements above and beyond. I was able to give my input and make decisions while Somer and Lisa took care of all the details. I trustedthem totally and completely to give me the wedding of my dreams and they delivered! As a Type A person, I got many complements on my wedding day of what a "chill bride" I was. I was able to chill because every little detail and day-of issue was handled flawlessly. With so many moving pieces involved when planning a wedding, they were always 10 steps ahead, knowing exactly how to handle the situation. Throughout the planning process they were easy to communicate with whether it was by phone or email. With a big family and involved in-laws, they were able to handle every opinion and conflicting desire. At the end of the day they made sure I (the bride) was happy. I didn't have to worry about searching the internet for the best vendors, they presented me with the best options for what my budget and vision was and I was able to narrow it down from there. Living outside of Cleveland, I knew I each weekend I was in town I would have to have a bunch of vendor meetings and visits scheduled in a row. They worked with each vendor to make sure my fiance and I could have extremely productive meetings and visits each time I was home. They have personal relationships with these amazing vendors and were able to organize them and have everything ready to go for our visits. I am not artistic but know what I like when I see it. After our initial design meeting, Lisa made a design board which was distributed to each vendor so everyone knew the important elements of my vision. This was key to make sure everyone was on the same page. Somer did the same with the agenda and timeline as we got closer to the wedding date. Having the vendors coordinated ensured a flawlessly executed event. Overall, I don't have enough positive things to say about these planners. They are designers, planners, problem solvers, therapists, organizers, and everything in between. I recommend them hands down to any bride!

A Charming Fete BEYOND exceeded our expectations! They made all of our dreams come true. We worked with A Charming Fete for day of coordinating and I really can't imagine the day without them. It was absolutely seamless. We had a few guests show up unexpectedly and the ACF team found seating for them and accommodated them perfectly. This would have stressed me out if they were not there however they took control of the situation and I didn't even know about it until the next day which was awesome. We also had a situation where tables were not set up how we planned but the ACT team rearranged linens and made sure the look of the venue was set up perfectly. Those are just a few examples but I truly can't imagine our wedding day without them. They made sure our wedding day was stress free, fun and absolutely perfect. I can't wait to use them again for parties in the future!

Very unimpressed with this company. I contacted them over a month ago for help with my engagement party. I got a response 3 days later about scheduling a meeting. I responded but yet to get anything since! My party is in sept and it kind of blows my mind I couldn't get any form of response... even if they are too busy to take on another client. I guess your party could be pretty great (looking from the photos) if you are lucky enough to get a reply. But I do think things happen for a reason! I found another company that has completely exceeded my expectations and I'm so excited to see the end result!

Overrated! Don’t let the marketing fool you! I grant them very good decorating but the day of wedding planning service was a Mess !!! I have a laundry list of unacceptable issues- everything from poor organization to unprofessional attitudes about problems. Don’t do it! It’s not worth the excessive price!!!!

They blew my family & friends out of the waters this weekend for “the wedding of the century.” The vision that they had in mind was quite literally brought to life in-front of us. They are very professional and well organized. The day went by so smoothly for the bride & groom as well as their guests. I could not recommend them more!!! If i could give more than 5 stars i totally would! Their whole team is amazing!

Hiring A Charming Fete was THE BEST DECISION we made during our entire wedding planning process. We had the wedding of our dreams, and there is no way we could have pulled it off without their organization, guidance, expertise, and execution. We had been planning our wedding for about 9 months when we realized that we were in over our heads. We were worried that we’d spend our whole wedding day trying to coordinate all the moving parts, so we decided to look into potential “day-of” wedding planners. When we met with Tiffany during our initial meeting, we knew A Charming Fete was “the one” (no pun intended). About 3-4 weeks before the wedding, we passed the baton onto Tiffany, and it was the BIGGEST relief. She reached out to all of our vendors and confirmed drop offs/deliveries/pickups/timeline and answered any and all questions our vendors had about the wedding day. As issues popped up, she was on top of them right away, and offering solutions. That is a priceless service to a bride in the last few weeks before her wedding! We found out our priest could not be at the ceremony/rehearsal dinner, and without hesitation, Tiffany said she would be there and would guide us and our wedding party through the ceremony rehearsal. On the big day, I was able to wake up with nothing but excitement because I knew Tiffany and her Charming Fete team had it covered. THIS IS HOW ALL BRIDES SHOULD FEEL ON THEIR WEDDING DAY! And as we knew it would, the wedding day went off without a hitch. Not because there weren’t hitches, but because we didn’t have to know or do anything about the hitches. They had it all covered and then some. Maggie was with us during pictures, carrying my cathedral length veil so it didn’t get dirty, holding my bouquet, and filling my champagne glass before I even knew it was empty They even loaded up all our wedding gifts in their car and DELIVERED THEM TO OUR APARTMENT! Not only did they drop off the gifts, but they put up a bunch of decorations that my mom had left for them. When we arrived to our apartment the next day, it was decked out in the decorations they put up, and all our presents were there, ready for us to open. The icing on the cake is that Tiffany and her team are kind, enthusiastic, and BRIGHT women, and they are a direct reflection of A Charming Fete.

The staff at a Charming Fête were nothing short of amazing. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic was near impossible and what appeared to be an endless rollercoaster. The team at a Charming Fête were there to guide us every step of the way and keep our confidence high when my wife and I were worried. Erica was our day of coordinator for our wedding this past Saturday 10/16/21. To say that Erica was amazing would be an understatement. Erica was kind, responsive, helpful, organized, and an overall godsend. I cannot fathom how we would have had our wedding without her. Not only was Erica reliable and efficient but she was so patient with us as we asked her millions of questions weeks and days leading up to our wedding. Our venue coordinator was difficult to work with. But, knowing we had Erica to take care of any of our concerns was so comforting. She was extremely professional and patient. Erica contacted all of our vendors and the morning of our wedding she assured that everything would run smoothly ... and guess what... IT DID! All because of her! Erica calmed any anxieties I had and knowing I could leave the day in her hands was so assuring. If you are on the fence on hiring a month of/day of coordinator... here is you sign to DO IT! It was the BEST money we spent and I would pay triple what we paid because Erica was THAT wonderful. Thank you Erica and A Charming Fete! Thank you again, Erica you were phenomenal!!!

I have been to many events in the area and this company has truly shown they are the best of the best. They chose the perfect venue to showcase this 350+ guest count. The lighting was impeccable, the food was out of this world. The entertainment was top notch and the design and flowers were immensely sophisticated. They left no detail out, menues, place-cards, linens bringing every aspect together in a highly coordinated day. The event ran smoothly and was definitely Choreographed to the T.
