Adult Corporate event at WW . She showed up 2 hours late, her printer would not work therefore never received any physical photos. We asked to have them texted and to date we still have not received any photos nor have our guests which therefore made hiring the service of a mirror Photobooth for this event completely pointless ! ! We Rented a back drop with her and she said the stand broke because of us and that because she rented it , she would now have to be responsible to pay it. Not only was the backdrop not placed against a wall for security , but I am assuming she never took insurance to cover any damage which I had yet to see! Was she still trying to get more money out of me??She said the printer stopped working because someone must have bumped into it. This too was our fault ! She said she had no control over traffic however she booked two corporate events same day and was not able to get to us until 10 pm . It was a beautiful summer day , not a snowstorm. Rather than honour her commitment, she left her first event much later than anticipated and again only arrived at 10:00 pm where she still had to set up. The DJ was scheduled to finish at 11:00pm. At this point set up took them over 20 minutes. Another 15 minutes was wasted trying to fix her printer and our DJ felt so bad for our guests that he kept on playing until 11:20 in the hopes our guests can get pictures and memories of this event. Our company in good faith paid Amanda in full up front which was a huge mistake. We were a corporate event of adults where Amanda was hired to offer a service . A service that would leave our guests with memories. Rather than memories, we received half the time, a bunch of excuses, blame with no memories and having been charged in full! We are an international company that does dozens of corporate events a year with many different suppliers. She is the first and only supplier that was a disaster ! Her solution was, that she’d offer me a 50% discount at the next party I’d hire her for! Seriously?? Why would anyone ever pay as much as a penny to someone who was paid in full and never delivered any service except for showing up?? Definitely at your own risk! Do not recommend !!!!

I booked Amanda for my 40th birthday party and she was amazing!! She is attentive to her customer’s needs and goes above and beyond to make whatever u need possible.I can’t say it enough times how in love I was with my balloon garland. The decor and the photobooth were a hit and all my guests loved Amanda and how polite and professional she was. I highly recommend Amanda for all of ur event needs !! It was great doing business with her and I also gained a friend because of her sweetness .

Excellent service, hired her for our private family events and we will call her for more ! She came in on time, price was good, quality of the pictures and all the frames were personalized, constant communication and had incredible energy the whole time! The kids loved her / the mirror and the whole event in general! She made the experience fun! Very professional, Can't wait to hire her again :)

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Amanda showed up 2h early at our engagement party to set up and create our stunning balloon garland, which was beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations (see picture below). I asked her to include a few extra pros, leafs and flowers and she killed it! All our guests were amazed by it. She came back to pick up everything at the end of the party, and even let me keep the balloons. My fiancé and I definitely plan on hiring her future events !! Highly recommended! ;)
