Terrible company. My mother booked a tour for her 24 employees for a Wednesday. She called a week before to make sure they’d be able to accommodate that many people and they said no problem. On the Monday VDM called to confirm her payment information, and then called back 5min later telling her she had to change the date because there was no guide available! This was a company event where the date could no be changed and the woman on the phone acted like this wasn’t a big deal. Now my mother is stuck trying to find a last minute food tour somewhere else, which at this point seems impossible. Thanks for nothing VDM tours, my mother will now have to cancel her employee day event.

I do understand that during special time everyone needs social distancing but at least they should let customer knew ahead when we booking the appointment. my cat has very strong reaction when he is away from me. also, that's the reason to see doctor. we drive 30 mins to get there because we were trust their profession. now I felt I may need new doctor for our cat
