Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the planners. Very aggressive and no people skills. Rude with guests and family. Lack of commitment throughout the planning of the wedding. Examples are: changed the seating arrangements decided by the bride at the last minute, placed important guests such as mother of the bride at the far end of the hall, showing up late on the day of the wedding and setting up hall while guests showed up..... I wouldn't recommend to anyone. You're better off planning your events on your own.
