This is amazing place, concept, stuff, lots of fun for kid, however I was unfortunate to deal with one of the manger there, her name is Danielle, for my daughter's birthday. She is extremely rude and has "0" people skills. She talks very loud, basically screams at you and constantly makes condescending remarks. I never had any issues with any staff and I go there since they opened. Another remark is they really need to separate area for smaller kids and they did have this option before Laser tag was introduced, then they took this part away. Maybe the good idea would be to have a schedule by age group, so at least all kids will be more or less in the same weight category.

So many great things to do with the family. We opted for laser tag. We waited around 10 minutes, and were called to put our names and information into the computer. Then we were taken downstairs to watch an instruction video and then headed into a room nearby to place the electronic vest on. We were divided into a red and green team. (Pro tip: really liked spy mode) We played four, six-minute games of laser tag. Everyone had so much fun playing.

This past week I went to Skytag. There have a trampoline park and laser tag. We went to experience the trampoline park. When we arrived the guy at the desk confirmed our booking, sold us our socks and gave us all the details about the different areas on the trampolines. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Each of us got a $5 arcade card to use on the arcade games. There was only one other group/family there when we were there which was great. TRAMPOLINES There are 3 hill/incline trampolines, the regular trampoline square area, the sponge pit, two basketball areas, a dodge ball area, an obstacle course and a wipeout area. Unfortunately that wipeout area was out of service. That was a real bummer as that was one of the things my son was so looking forward too. For the obstacle course area, two people could usually do it together and race, however, when we went there was an ac leak over one side of the obstacle course. So only one side was functional. There was an employee available to turn on the obstacle course for us when we wanted to use it. He was friendly and very apologetic. The doge ball and basketball areas were all good. The sponge pit was closed off for health and safety reasons. As they cannot sanitize every sponge, every time someone uses it. I did notice a few areas on the trampolines were visibly repaired. ARCADE GAMES The games ranged from $1 - $2 so each of us roughly got about 2 games. Some of the game were out of order. For example there were two car games and one was not working. There were two motorcycle games and only one was working. But the kids had lots of fun using playing games after jumping around. Overall it was a good experience, the staff were friendly. I felt comfortable in the fact that there was only one other group/family there when we went. The place was very clean and the staff kept cleaning while we were there. It’s a bit difficult breathing with a mask on while jumping though. I think once the repairs are done it would be much more fun. The kids had a blast and was able to release some of their energy.

Had a great time with my granddaughter. She was very well received. The staff was friendly and attentive and very generous. My son was allowed to supervise her everywhere she went at no extra cost. The place was very clean and safe. My granddaughter had a terrific time, she didn't want to leave! Definitely going back!

I went to this place this weekend for a birthday, kids had fun but also had a pretty unpleasant experience because the staff was very rude and not nice at all. First off they kept chasing after the kids all the time telling them how they were not allowed to jump together, while understand they did it because of their own safety they should come to the parents instead , second , at one point they were just yelling at the kids because of repeating the same thing again and again. Overall I found the staff not friendly at all and very rude. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and personally I will never come back there .

They deserve a 5 star rating for safety! I was there visiting from Connecticut and gave them a hard time about not allowing the kids to just run freely and jump around. I now see that they are right and I was wrong. When returning to Connecticut we went to another trampoline park and my 2.5 year old had to go straight to the emergency room as there were no rules or staff to prevent a big kid from double bouncing my toddler into the air and injuring her legs! When we got to the hospital we were the SECOND family to arrive and the other little girl now needs surgery! The staff at the hospital told me that the Orthopaedic surgeons loved this place as it brings them so much business. Thank you Skytag Montreal for being so vigilant and actually caring about my child’s safety. I learned a valuable lesson, Double bouncing a young child is no joke and can result in very serious injury.

Kids love it and it's a good size for a couple hours of playing. Staff is friendly. Looking forward to the opening of their snack bar in a few weeks! Would love to see a larger arcade and kids enjoy playing after bouncing.

Sky tag is another trampoline park. First time to this one and must say they have a few things diffrent from other places. Aside from the standard trampolines and dodge ball zones they have lazer tag, cyber sport which is like a bumper car lacross mix, adrenaline zone where its like a wipeout obstabcle course and a few other zones. They have pleanty of staff and have at least 1 staff per zone. Note regular socks not permitted here like most places. You can go bare feet or buy their socks for 4$ plus tax. Or bring a pair you have from other parks as long as they got grips under.

I am not sure how I should rate this place considering my son broke his leg there. I do get it's fun to jump on trampolines and it's wonderful exercise and all but that being said... There is a waver that that if anything happens they are not liable. Accidents do happen and I get that. But this place is way too chaotic, too many people jumping at the same time, there really needs to be a limit and firmly respected and put into play. Little kids really need to be separated from the bigger ones, and grown ups, I don't think they should be jumping with kids either. My son who is 12 collided with a grown up in mid air, the grown up is fine but my son broke his leg, I wonder if he would of colided with someone his own age, would he have broken it, I don't know, the impact would of been less that is for sure. And at the same time this happened another child apparently broke his wrist. Better security measures need to be put into place and more controlled. There needs to be a maximum amount of jumpers at a time and little children really need a are of their own. Two year olds jumping with teenagers is a disaster waiting to happen one of these days someone is seriously going to get injured. I for one will never ever be returning there again. Way too dangerous.

I've held my daughter's birthday party here and accompanied her to many other parties here as well. The staff is attentive and extremely hard working. They have mastered multi tasking. We've also visited here just for fun on rainy days or as a special treat. Kids always have a blast and are well entertained.

Nice place, kind of limited trampoline games, less than hour is enough to get board (group of ten young kids experience). Forbidding having foos inside unless paying for Birthday pass is not a good idea, because the difference is huge between paying the regular pass (25$ +tax per person) and the birthday pass (36$ +tax by person). Having lockers without locks is annoying, and overpriced to buy a lock from there as well. Arcades and water fountain available as well as washrooms. Good laser tag experience, friendly staff. Recommended to visit during weekday not on weekends to enjoy.

Our kids just had a lot of fun there. We arrived on Saturday at 5 pm and the place was not crowded at all. Our kids were running from one trampoline to another one and tried quite everything several times. Nobody was waiting a minute to get to the desired trampoline. The price was reasonable: for 18$ 1 adult was allowed to escort 1 child for 1.5 hour - quite enough to try everything, to enjoy and to get tired (10$ for 30min is min). More people arrived when we were about to leave. I would call and ask what it the best time to come in order to avoid crowds.

We love this safe and supervised indoor trampoline-jumping play park... and have been here many times for birthday parties and family outings. They are constantly improving the facilities to add new features, such as bumper cars, a rotating Wipe-Out wheel, Laser Tag in the dark, a clock-timed obstacle course, multiple bouncing areas, an arcade, and a parents’ waiting area overlooking the whole play area. There is a locker area at the entrance (bring your own lock), a water fountain, large bathrooms, and also vending machines. There are reserved party rooms with animators, as well as an indoor picnic table area, where groups can gather and bring in their own food (or order delivery pizza). After 9 pm on weekends, a DJ cranks out the tunes and admission is restricted to guests 14 years and over.

It's so much fun! There are so many more things to do there than other Trampoline parks. They have obstacle courses, dodgeball and really bouncy trampolines than go into a big foam pit. There's also lazer tag which is the funnest thing for birthdays. They have arcade games and a snack bar with loads of ice cream they call I-Scream.

Great place for young children, the place offers laser tag, trampolines, wipe out games and bumper cars. You pay here by time so 30min starting,60min,90min and etc. Personally an hour is good enough, the place is not too crowded, free parking restaurant available, few arcades machines.

Nice place but poorly managed , lots of point less rules , i hope they realize they are loosing customers for no reason. Ex: There is place which parents can sit and watch kids , then they have aa sign no food allowed ?!!! I am sitting here want to have a snack why not? We went mid week 5 pm , only 4 kids were playing and they kick my kid out after 50 minutes while we bought 1h ticket , it was a mistake and they said sorry when i showed the receipt but what I don't understand is , no one is here why do you care if a kid play 5 extra min? What are you losing?

So let me start of by saying that in general, this place is fun! Like crazy fun where by the end you are sweaty and exhausted and happy! Especially the kids!!! It's great for all ages and the staff are very attentive. They make sure kids are having fun and following the rules. Front desk is super nice too. It's perfect for any day of the week to take your family there and friends. For smaller kids, I recommended opening time around 10 am cause it's empty and the kids are free to play around everywhere. This review is for the trampoline, I don't know about laser tag as we have never tried it Now, I made a birthday party for my son on a Sunday at 10:30 am. Let me say that OMG! I highly highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a party for their kids! From the very beginning as you walk into the door, the staff have carts to put all the party stuff and help you wheel it into the room. In the room, they come and help you organize every single thing. Our host, Zak! Fantastic!!!!!! Such a helpful and generous guy!he came in and was with me the entire time making sure I had everything, kids having fun, parents need anything, looking after the kids. Helping with cake and making it like a big surprise with lights off and only candle seen. Making sure the food is fine and all belongings safe. Literally, from beginning to the end where he helped my husband take everything to the car and help me pack the stuff up at the end.gave me suggestions and what I might need extra like bowls. I was so impressed with the service, even my friends were shocked! I highly recommend it. The kids had such a blast, since we came at opening time there was no one so we had the entire trampoline to ourselves. Man did they bounce!!! Parents were so happy with everything and so impressed!! Packages are fantastic too! I got the red room and it was perfect for my guests. My son turned five and the little kids were leaving with huge smile on their faces and so so happy! Thank you skytag and Zak N. for making my sons party a blast and unforgettable!!! We will be back!

Skytag staff are super welcoming, smiling and supportive. Incidentally My 5 yr old son twisted his ankle could have happened anywhere. They right away had staff supervising; came to check him , get ice and tested how hurt he was. They made him feel nice and welcomed him back to another visit once healed. Good place to spend an hour with kids, but they don't have a big space and I remember once last time I went there with my family, after purchasing the tickets, we were told by one of the girls not to use the trampoline area, as they just reserved it for school kids. We had our Youth group event here last night (8/12/2021); We played Laser Tag and Cyber Sports... DELL AND ZAC took care of us the whole evening for the event. PLEASE TELL THEM THIS: THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST FUN AND ENJOYABLE YOUTH GROUP NIGHTS THAT OUR GROUP HAS HAD IN LONG TIME!!!! They honestly could not have treated us any better! They were so courteous, welcoming, kind, polite, and real with us! The place, games and activities were great, BUT ITS STAFF LIKE THIS THAT HAS MADE THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN EVERY EVENT. Please tell Zac and Dell that Arlo says hi, and that I am so grateful for all they did for us. 10000%% WOULD RECOMMEND AND WILL FOR SURE BE BACK! Thank you again guys, words cannot express!

We went there last sunday, 15th August with a group of friends. The place is great to spend time but the wipe out is closed which was one if the thing we were mostly looking forward to. The staff was super rude, ever since we walked in, they were super boring and rude, they were being arrogant & any questions asked were being answered in a rude way. Nathan was one of the employee who was super rude from the start we walked in. Last time we came here the staff were super friendly, now they all are arrogant and rude.

Trampolines were good. However, the laser tag kinda sucked. The owner followed us into the room and didn't give our group any privacy during our game. The game was very poorly executed in my opinion, there was way too many rules that were hard to remember. I've tried other laser tags with simpler concepts that everyone agreed was way more fun. If you're looking for good trampolines, this is your place. I would not recommend coming here foraser tag though.

After weeks of talking back and fourth with some very helpful staff, we finally came to a solution for my sons 2nd birthday, when the day came we were having so much fun but then my guests were being constantly harassed by the floor staff about the kids being too young after it was made clear.. I spent sbout 250$ there just on jumping alone and my guests were chased off the trampolines.. I emailed them about this but never even got an answer back. I really feel robbed..

Clean space ( washroom need more care on floor after big events group. The floor was wet at those time. I have attended, besides that it clean is a big bonus.. Staff is cheerful. Line up I don't like. The staff is alart to keep kids in there feet ever family member. I have brought there sleep like a baby after they get home. parking is a bonus. RSVP on line is great. The place is clean and well organised. The equipment looks like the newest on the market. They gave us a tour of the place and the booking for our son's birthday was comfortable and information clear. The jumping area is so large with padding on the contour, it gave me the taste to do some jumping myself :)

We waited so long to begin the game 20 min.. We took off our winter bootes as asked by the regulations, while a group of youth went in with their bootes. I told the guy, his answer was like U can put ur bootes too... My socks & my kids docks got wet :(( Before the game, there are lots of instructions gor another 20 min & the guy even didn't mention that we have to check our number before taking the lazers so we had to take them off again & exchange them, again waist of time.. Finaly after 40 or 45 min we began the game. It was fun, but I'll not go back again. I prefer the ones in Laval

The girl running the adrenaline rush lets parents come and ask her questions while my girls at their birthday party have to wait. We’re paying for 90 minutes and they spent 10 minutes waiting . Ok so I just visited this place December 2020. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because with the current regulations, grippy socks are mandatory and *they didn't warn us.* For an already expensive treat for my kids, having to pay an extra $25 ish for branded socks bringing my total to almost $100 was not cool. Besides that, the kids had fun and I witnessed the worker misting the whole place with sanitizer after. So would've been 5 stars.

I came here once and it was a horrible experience the whole time I was there. The staff is just too rude, the owner should have a serious talk with them. They're too bossy, especially the blonde one that is there. And way too expensive. Also, I hurt my wrist in the basketball place, very dangerous. One star.
