Horrible experience. The wedding planner turned us away from the door when I showed up with my son and mother for my daughter's wedding. She forced us to stand out in the rain until my son insisted on entry. We all got soaking wet. Once inside she continued to scowl at me for the entire event and reception. I would only recommend her to an enemy. Azur of Principal Planner claims she has no memory of this. I can fully understand why Azur would want to forget such bad and insulting behaviour on her part to the mother, brother and grandmother of the bride. The event took place at the end of June 2015 at the Jamaica Pavilion. Azur's responses to my post continue to be disrespectful, insulting and belittling. I hope that any future clients of Azur's read my post and the way she is handling it by further insulting and belittling me. Definitely not a professional attitude on her part. Beware to any and all of her future clients. This is a very unprofessional event planner. Azur's response to my posts has been to threaten me with legal action. LOL. Azur insists on continuing her record of totally unprofessional behaviour. A professional and pleasant way to have dealt with this was to apologize for what happened and ask what she could now do make things better. How ignorant and arrogant on Azur's part to assume that I was not part of the planning process of my daughter's wedding. I spent hours with my daughter while she tried on wedding dresses. When we were together in Hawaii I bought pearl earrings for her wedding day. I had my aunt's heirloom engagement and wedding rings and their Birks sterling silver wedding ring case cleaned and polished. I created her wedding website. I visited her in Montreal and drove her to look at the Jamaica Pavilion. I live more than 7 hours away in Ontario. I drove her brother and her maternal grandmother to the wedding. I am VERY clear about Azur's behaviour towards the 3 of us on my daughter's wedding day. Azur, you have a rare talent for insulting and disrespectful behaviour. My mother and son were both witnesses to your behaviour to the 3 of us on my daughter's wedding day. Keep up your behaviour and all you're doing is making it all worse and confirming that you are handling this totally unprofessionally. Azur, by your actions and responses to my posts, you are causing distress to my daughter, your client. Do you think she appreciates that you are belittling her mother and threatening her mother with a lawsuit? My daughter no longer wants anything to do with you. You just won't stop with your threats to me. What is wrong with you? All you are doing is adding more and more insult to injury. Any court will be sympathetic to me, not you. I've noticed that you keep deleting your previous posts. And then making up more issues. My daughter has communicated to me that she wants nothing more to do with you. I highly doubt you will receive any more recommendations from her. She made them before she was aware of how you treated her mother, brother and grandmother. YOU are the one who has caused her the incredible stress. Why would you do that? Do you have no professionalism in rectifying your own conduct and bad behavior? Reporting a true experience with you is not considered harassment. Everything I have related is true. And I have 2 extremely credible witnesses (the bride's brother and her maternal grandmother) with me to whom you treated the same disrespectful way. Do you suffer from paranoia or other mental health issues that cause you to threaten me with legal action because I posted a true review of how you treated the bride's brother, grandmother and mother? Is your unprofessional and bad behavior going to continue to escalate? Are you going to continue to make false allegations about me? My daughter has told me that she asked you to leave her alone.
