Ballons were ordered over phone 12pmish, picked up at 6pm Same day for my nieces birthday. Spent $55. To fit in car at pick up, staff tied ballons and gave my husband instruction to pull ribbon to release ballons to the highest height made by the store. Balloons were stored in the house. 1230pm next day, Ballons were taken outside to surprise neice. Ribbon pulled and ballons fell to the ground like if not helium filled. I called store, they told me to come in and get a replacement. I not leaving the party to get ballons. I spoke to the Manager Jesse, he asked me to respond by email to him with proof of all sorts. Nothing was done on his part.Very disappointed, no partial credit, nothing. Even a partial credit of min $10 would have made me satisfied.( I need mention, I'm purchasing balloons for this weekend, my husbands 50th, won'tbe ppurchased at party mania store, nope.) I was simply told, balloons were not filled with the 25 cent option to have them last longer (it was never offered at time of purchase and should have been built into price in the phone order) I'll Never buy from this store again, horrible service and horrible results.

Today was very bad service The lady was giving attitude to her employees and customers. I wasnt happy with what choices she offered me. She just wanted to take the order and next leave me alone. It is not my first time but it will be the last. Today I was making 3 orders . But never again. I did 2.

I've had many great balloon arrangements made here over the years and never had any issues. This weekend, our son turned 1 year old and I made reservations a week ahead of time to have balloon arrangements made for him to be picked up on Saturday. I arrived at home and my son was excited to see the colourful balloons. Unfortunately, the arrangement started wilting within 4 hours of bringing them home. I've never seen that happen before. Sunday, we are on our way somewhere and planned to stop at Party Mania Pointe-Claire to show them the state of our balloons and find out what can be done. The supervisor herself said she couldn't do anything because she was not there to see this happen! I'm deeply disappointed in the quality of the balloons and the complete lack of care or service offered by this store. I'm definitely going to shop elsewhere in the future. Horrible service, horrible results.

Went for balloons to celebrate my daughter's baptism and will never go back!!! For one there are no prices advertised and balloons are way too expensive but I was ready to move past this.... Got balloons inside a "see-through" balloon that were "guaranteed" to float 48hrs for an extra cost.... After 12hrs they went down, I didn't even get to bring them to the event while still inflated.... AND the so-called "see-through" balloons, don't fall for it, they looked nice in the store and after an hour and a half, they were opaque, couldn't see the balloon inside and kind of look like someone blew air into a condom!!!! Nice for a baptism.... I don't know what they do in the store so it stays nice in there but at the price they charge, they should give their clients the same treatment... Next time I will inflate my balloons that I will have bought elsewhere... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET BALLOONS THERE!!!!

Horrible costumer service. The woman there identified as something like Dan and was extremely rude. I asked her for a specific item and told me it was in a particular aisle in a non-polite way. She left me at the cash register for 10 minutes. She came and set me up then left me for 5 minutes until someone came and helped me. She was an african-American in her mid 50s. She was extremely disrespectful towards me. When I told her I was leaving and that she was not being polite and I said I was gonna report her for being rude. She replied with an attitude and said her name was Dan (or something like that). She looked like she was the supervisor bossing everyone around. I always come to this store to buy things, after this experience I doubt I’ll ever come again.

Balloon quality is awesome, they last for over a week, if you get the long lasting balloons. Staff is always busy so they aren't always accessible to help. It's pretty straight forward and easy to make your balloon selection. I ordered mine in advance, which I would recommend for people ordering larger quantities. Delivering isn't a given it range from about about 3$/km or anything down town has a fixed rate of 90$. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my order. One of the better go to places for party accessories in the West Island. Free parking on site.

Terrible customer service. I had called to see if they had what I was looking for and they said yes, I spent about 10 min searching for the product by myself then asked one of the employees to help me and she told me 2 possible aisles - I went and looked through the aisles more thoroughly. Then I went back and politely asked if she could help me because I really couldn’t find it. She replied “gimme 5 minutes” which I found very rude and all she was doing was spiraling balloon strings. So after making me wait however long it took her to make spirals on balloon strings she finally went to the aisle and looked for it and came back just to tell me they were out of stock. Waste of my time.
