Been to this venue for a few weddings but my last experience left much to be desired. 1st the food was terrible. The main was acceptable but the rest of the courses were lacking: gross shrimp cocktail, undercooked pasta, meh dessert. 2nd two of the waiters refused to wear a mask because of “medical conditions” im not the police, but if you cannot find healthy and respectful staff during a pandemic, that’s pathetic. There were a lot of older guests, and no one wants to get COVID, regardless of risk - spoke to the manager, and he essentially said there’s nothing he could do. Sure... I find the venues location to be far and remote. Now typically, if the food and ambiance are good, it’s no problem, but in this case I’d rather have had gone to McDonald’s to celebrate this day. At least the food is acceptable and the employees wear their mask. Shame on Le Crystal! No one wants stuck up waiters with “medical conditions” breathing on guests, food and drinks - and apathetic management who’s hands are “tied”. Imagine how devastated the bride and groom would have been if these waiters would have caused guests to get sick. C’mon guys, get it together!!

Le Crystal Reception Hall IS the most outstanding hall! My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Le Crystal on October 10th 2015 and we were in awe!!! I assure you if you are looking for a reception hall that provides you a beautiful atmosphere, incredible food and exceptional service - look no further!! I 1000% assure you that you will not be disappointed whatsoever. The food was out of this world! From the international cocktail, pasta, salad, steak, dessert and sweet table our guests were pampered with outstanding food. My husband and I were impressed by all the different stations our international cocktail offered to our guests. Each station provided a different culinary experience that made an impression from the first bite! It's almost two months since our wedding and our guests are still raving about the food!!! The staff was exceptional! Our hall had over 20 waiters and a few bartenders and each staff member were friendly, helpful and attentive. All were willing to go above and beyond to ensure all our guests were comfortable. Debbie was our head waitress and she was absolutely a doll! She was extremely attentive and pleasant ... she even helped me with my dress. She went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure our night was as memorable as can be! The venue was absolutely breathtaking! We had our celebration in the Diamant Room and the set up was breathtaking. We could not have asked for a better set up. From the chairs, the settings and lighting ... elegance and class shined through the room. Our overall experience at Le Crystal was absolutely memorable and incredible! Our day was magical and breathtaking. Le Crystal's sophistication, class and elegance beamed through their staff at its finest. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate one of the most memorable days of our lives. My husband and I cannot wait to work with the amazing staff at Le Crystal again. A very big thank you to Johnny and Joe - because of your excellent service and venue, we were able to live our dream wedding!

My friend held her wedding reception in the room upstairs on the right. There's a large area at the back that can be opened up for cocktail hour. The space easily held 30+ tables with lots room to get around and for a dance floor in the center. I guess what is offered during cocktail hour depends on what package the couple has purchased but I was impressed with this particular one. There was a whole fish, a staff member stationed by a machine to slice prosciutto, cheese table, another staff member cooking shrimp so that it was freshly made and so much more. The food was cooked well. I admired that the steak wasn't horribly over cooked with the amount that had to be plated and served. My friend said that the staff had her and her husband feeling like a king and queen with the attention and service they experienced. There was a baptism downstairs with another wedding across the hall that we could hear the music blasting away when we had speeches on our side. Overall, it was a great venue with excellent food and service.

A variety of rooms for events with a decent decor and some really nice paintings. The breakfast was really lacking options with no fruit just small croissants and a box of cereal. The lunch was fairly good but I'm not a fan of cold pizza. It's also tough to get to without a car, so this would not be my first choice however the prices are likely quite good as my work was looking to save costs.

Had my work Christmas Party at this party hall. Extremely nice venue. The food was good, the service was amazing and attentive. The servers were extremely accommodating, some of my co-workers arrived late for the dinner, and they were still served all 5 courses, of the dinner we had, as well as, go as far to warm up dishes for latecomers. They also made sure the latecomers had wine for their dinner, which was included with the food. That being said, The food was delicious. I got the salmon and I enjoyed it very much. The decor of the hall was also beautiful, I would highly recommend any group renting this space for a party or event.

The guys at Le Crystal are the absolute best. I am truly grateful to John, Joe, Melissa, Aris and Linda to name a few for making our wedding the best night of our lives. Our guests absolutely enjoyed top notch service and great food. The Coquille Saint-Jacques was a huge hit, so was the braised beef, salmon and everything else we ordered. The fruits were all exotic fruits such cactus pear, fresh figs, dragon fruit and lychees. The staff was so attentive and caring. One of them even offered to give my wife her contact lenses after my wife had lost hers. Another staff member noticed my mother had spilled wine on her dress. She offered to help her remove the stain. The most impressive was actually when we came back the next day to pick up some fragile belongings (vases etc...). Their employee took the time to help us wrap all our stuff and bring it to out to our trunk... Overall, the greatest service and food I could have imagined.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING YOUR WEDDING HERE, READ THIS REVEW!!! My review is solely based on our meeting with Mr. John. During the entire time either he had to leave the room to tell someone to clean something or he had to answer every single phone that rang in his office. He was very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. If we asked anything about the options or reason behind the costs, we were met with “well this is how it is here and if you don’t want it then you don’t have to get it”. The reception halls are nice but the area is very shady for the price. John kept on rushing us and wouldn’t even allow us to discuss things with my partner. At one point, my fiancé asked him a repeated question and he was rude enough to tell her that “if you were listening, you would have known”. We thankfully found a much better and more professional place for our wedding. Don’t waste your money here!

He was attentive to all of our requests and needs, made suggestions to improve our wedding night. The team at Le Crystal (thank you Melissa!!) set up everything for your reception hall, exactly the way you envision it. Their goal is to make sure it is done just as you want it, and they will confirm with you to make sure. The food at Le Crystal is simply exquisite: fresh, delicious and memorable. We received so many compliments from our guests on our choice of venue! Throughout our wedding night, we had access to a private bridal room with our own washroom with seating area. Samuel was attentive to all of our needs throughout the night, making sure all of them were met, and helped us manage our time throughout the evening. He made us feel like we were in great hands throughout the night. All of the staff at Le Crystal were beyond welcoming and accommodating to us; we truly felt special and like our happiness was their priority. International buffet was excellent however the main meal was lacking. And not in choice of meals but actual taste. No change tables for children in either bathrooms. I understand that outdated places will have no change tables for kids in the men's bathrooms but was in shock that there was none in the women's as well.

John and Julia were always so professional and readily available whenever we needed, making our experience an easy one (despite COVID) which we deeply appreciate! The white glove service from their staff widely exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments from guests amazed at how amazing the service was! The staff were always so attentive to our guests needs. The waiters went above and beyond making sure that everyone's glasses were always full and that meals were provided promptly and evenly. Le Crystal is an exceptional turn-key wedding venue. We held our wedding ceremony and reception here this past September. Due to the pandemic, our wedding plans unfortunately kept changing every step of the way. Joe, Johnny, Julia, and their team did everything they could to accommodate us and to ensure a safe wedding. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Their pricing may be a tad pricier than other turn-key wedding venues, but it was really worth it for the exceptional service they delivered. Our head waiter Tanya was very attentive and had a great sense of humour. The halls are elegant, clean, and airy. Our guests loved the food! We had spanakopita, arancini, meatballs, beef wellington, shrimp flambée, fried calamari, sushi, just to name a few canapés served during the cocktail hour. We had butternut squash ravioli with fried sage and pine nuts for our pasta course, and beef short rib for the main. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! We seriously couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this venue!

I would give le Crystal 6 stars if I could! That is how much we loved our whole experience with them. They surpassed all of our expectations for our wedding. The food, service, and setup was outstanding. We received so many compliments from our guests for weeks to come. Something I thoroughly appreciated throughout the planning process was the genuine and honest advice they shared. Whether we were asking them for recommendations on food, wine, entertainment, etc, we trusted their advice and they delivered 150%! Another important point I’d like to mention is that le Crystal never made us worry for even a second, during the planning or during the wedding reception itself. They are true professionals, they handled every situation flawlessly and took such good care of us. We can’t thank the le Crystal team enough and can’t wait to plan our next event here!

Le crystal receptions is THE place for all occasions. I actually chose it for my wedding. I like honesty when dealing with people and while searching for a hall, my fiancé and I couldn't of made a better choice. The whole process went very smoothly mainly because of the extensive experience of the management and the staff in organizing the hall , choosing the menu and making the placements. The service we got exceeded our expectations. They are so easy to work with. I never heard a "no". Everything was possible with them !! On the night of our wedding, the waiter assigned to us was "on the ball". We got taken care of so well and the best thing was; we didn't even have to ask. The waiter had already thought of it. The staff was so courteous with all our guests. They're always smiling and super polite. The food was delicious, but I already knew Le Crystal was known for its fresh and high quality food as I already attended New Year's Eve there. We got married at Le Crystal in October of this year and it was amazing! The staff was excellent and the owners were so nice and understanding! Despite getting married during a pandemic, Le crystal staff made our day very special to us and we will never forget it! The food was also fantastic, especially the braised beef on the bone! It got lots of compliments. The only thing we missed out on was the international buffet (due to COVID, we were unable to keep this option), but we would definitely go back for future events.

It has now been just over a month that my husband and I celebrated our wedding here, and the entire evening was an absolute dream come true! I truly could not have asked for better service – from the moment we arrived (5:00PM), to the moment we left (3:30AM), we were treated like royalty. The staff was so attentive, and so kind – it felt like they were family welcoming us into their home. The room itself was absolutely stunning – the Diamond room was the perfect choice for the number of guests we had. Le Crystal took my vision and brought it to life. When I walked into the room on the Saturday I was blown away by how it all came together so beautifully. As for the food, it was amazing. To this day our friends and family still talk about the spread they provided. The international buffet in the lounge was stunning, and tasted just as good as it looked. The main meals were delicious and all cooked perfectly (in addition, the couple of guests who had vegetarian requests said that no other hall has even compared to the dish you served them). And then the midnight tables… out of this world! Not one of our 300 guests had anything but positive reviews to give. So thank you, once again, from the bottom of our hearts. Jeff and I had the most incredible day, and Le Crystal played such an important role in that. I truly can’t thank them all enough – the staff was unbelievable, and the food and drinks were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this hall to anyone, and I am sure that we will be back for some other event in the future.

We got married at Le Crystal on June 2014 and we were more than charmed by everything they had to offer. Their professionalism and expertise really set them apart from the other halls we visited. The service was impeccable from the first time we toured the hall until the actual day of the wedding. Although on the day of our wedding, the other two reception halls were occupied as le crystal was catering other venues, we really felt as though we had their undivided attention as if we were the only priority. I'm sure they treat all their customers that way and that the other two brides (that day) felt as important on their wedding day as i did. Their decor is very classy and doesn't need much dressing up though they're very flexible working with wedding decorators and planners. The food is top notch! The sweet table stations are very unique and very versatile to please all different tastes and cravings. Last but not least, the staff is excellent. They made sure all our needs were met (sometimes before we even asked).

No doubt the hall looked nice, but talking with the owners / organizers was a nightmare. Everytime we worked out a quote, they would find some reason to change it. At one point, we were ready to sign the contract with pen in hand, and all of a sudden we were told the given quote was no longer valid (the gentleman behind the desk literally took the paper we were scribbling notes on, flipped it over and slammed it back on the table). My fiance and I walked out as we couldn't deal with it. Imagine signing and having to deal with that for 6 months. No thank you!

Choosing Le Crystal for our wedding venue was the best decision!!!! They went above and beyond and helped answer all our questions, and were there the day of to set everything up and to run the whole day so flawlessly. They really made sure that there was ZERO stress the day of the wedding and my husband and I had the best wedding day. We felt so taken care of, and really felt that they care so much and take pride in what they do. The food was phenomenal and our guests kept talking about the food weeks after the wedding.

My wife & I had our wedding there last weekend and all we have to say is WOW! Everything from the hall to the food to the service was amazing! I would recommend anyone to have their wedding at Le Crystal. Our head waiters Tanya & Alex and their staff were fantastic! Very attentive to all the guests (especially to those with allergies). Joe & John were also around throughout the evening to ensure all went smoothly. Joe was great to work with throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Where to begin... Joe is the best and will make you feel so comfortable throughout the entire process of planning a wedding. We got married November 3rd and my husband and i had a wish list of 3 things: food, entertainment and the music. The food was AMAZING and our guests kept mentioning to us how good everything was. The attention to detail from the planning process months before to the day of is top notch. They are accommodating, flexible and patient. First off, the staff at Le Crystal are amazing. John and his daughter do an amazing job running the business, they take the time to walk you through everything and truly care about their clients. They want to make sure you have a perfect wedding The food here is second to none, top notch Italian cuisine. People are still talking to me about the food to this day, the veal chop was delicious, great recommendation by John. The setup and coordination of the hall was easy. We simply gave some basic instructions and they ran with it. The hall itself is clean and well presented, I would definitely recommend or hold another event at Le Crystal.

The entire team at Le Crystal was beyond amazing throughout our entire wedding process, and outdid themselves the night of our wedding! I cannot be happier with how everything turned out. If we needed anything they were always there to answer all our questions, they did not have us worry one bit! Planning a wedding can be difficult, BUT if you have caring and understanding people willing to make your dreams a reality then it's all worth it!!!! They did everything they could so we would be happy with our big day! The food was delicious (guests wouldn't stop talking about it). We got the international buffet and I cannot recommend it enough. It is AMAZING. The most important factor for us when choosing a reception hall was the service and the service on our wedding night was phenomenal.
