From the moment you step into the La V Image studio, you are greeted by very friendly staff and Vera's contagious smile. They let you know exactly what to expect, what their style of photography is and have plenty of beautiful examples to show for it. It was so fun to work with Vera and her team on our wedding day. They were so friendly and have their way to put you at ease so that every shot seems natural. They say a good photographer is one that blends in the background so that you don't even notice that they are there, yet they take great pictures that encapsulate the moment and all the emotions that come with it, immortalising it forever. This is exactly the experience we had with LaV Image. We absolutely loved our photos as each one depicted a special something: a glint of an eye, a candid laugh, a stolen look. And now, a year later, every time we look at these pictures, we relive that day. This is all thanks to La V Image and their amazing job. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We chose La V image as our photographer for our Montreal wedding this past fall and could not be happier! What made them stand out from the other companies we looked at was their unique, artsy and natural photos. The team was an absolute please to work with; professional, friendly and fun! You can sense that they have a real passion for what they do. We also did our casual engagement photo shoot with them and a plus was that we got to know our photographers better before the Big Day. In the end, we had so many beautiful photos from both our wedding and our casual engagement photo shoot, it was so hard to pick which ones to print (and which ones made it into the album)! We received the perfect mixture of the classic shots most couples want, and the ones that definitely make you stop and stare. We met La V Image through our wedding planner. They worked with our schedule to meet with us and discuss options, and even sent links to extra photos taken by the specific photographers we were considering so that we could make an informed decision. We stuck with a 'basic' package - 2 photographers for the day (8 hours), 100 prints (4x6), 1000+ photos of our day (digital, 'facebook quality') with a slideshow and online gallery. After seeing everything, we liked the photos so much that we decided to buy all the high-definition digital negatives. As my new mother-in-law said "Il y en a beaucoup de très belles, certaines sont amusantes et plusieurs sont superbes" (roughly: lots are very nice, some are amusing, and many are superb). Day Of: Phil and Vera, our photographers, were professional, punctual, and creative. They made us feel comfortable in the one-on-one 'getting ready' photos, and were so subtle during the rest of celebration that we barely noticed they were there. Emotions, reactions, and beauty were wonderfully captured. Every important moment is immortalized, and looks natural (which is a challenge, because I certainly didn't feel natural all dressed up and fancy). Bonus: La V Image offers a service where they take posed photos of the guests during the cocktail (10$/pic). The pictures are then printed on site and distributed to the guests before they leave, as wedding favors (we provided some inexpensive frames from Ikea). The guests LOVED it! They got a professional picture of themselves and their significant other while they were all dressed up. Many have already told us that the photos are displayed prominently at home, and in many cases it's the only 'nice' photo they have of the two of them. Overall: Although we went over our budget (who doesn't?), I still think we made the best possible decision. Our day was amazing, and the photos reflect that in every way. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Amazing company ! The photographers are great ! they have creative picture ideas and the result was great. they really go with what you want; me and my husband wanted natural looking pictures and thats what they delivered to us. Also.. they told me they would finish the touch up for the pictures in max 1 month and they kept their word. i have other friends that even after months with another company never received their pictures. I would recommend this company 100%%% thank you laV image for capturing every moment of our special day !
