Working with Francine and Vanessa for my wedding flowers and table centerpieces was an amazing experience. Their customer service was absolutely INCREDIBLE and they dealt with SO MANY changes from me due to COVID (changes at the venue, then changes of venue, then changes from there) - I think they made me about 75 different quotes and plans but did everything with a smile. Working with them throughout such uncertain times really comforted me and made me feel great about having them as one of our vendors and on our team. Working with them in the lead up gave me complete confidence and faith that my day would turn out perfect even with so many last minute details and planning changes. And in the end, that confidence was well placed! What they put together went above and beyond what we had pictured for our day and they did it all within the budget we set out. My wife and i got referred to Efflorescence events by a friend of ours who used them for their wedding. Let me start by saying that from day one Francine and Vanessa were amazing. They met us at a coffee shop near our home, we went over our ideas, and our budget, then they worked hard to make our ideas work within our budget. They asked for a reasonable deposit for them to hold the date, and then we met a few times more closer and closer to the date. they always seemed passionate and excited about our big day. My wife called many times to go over some details with them and they never seemed annoyed. Since then we have used them a few times for other family parties that we had. I was surprised to see how someone could have given them 1 star, they must of not had the pleasure in booking these lovely ladies for an event of their own! Highly recommended.
