I hired Elizabeth to do my wedding after seeing a picture of a prior wedding center piece she did and had posted on her Instagram account. I told her the color scheme and requested the flowers to be exactly like the picture of her prior creation. My husband told her that even if at the time of her setting up our event if there needs to be extra items that need to be added to do so and bill us. She promised an Isa-worthy day!!!! Instead I got excuses. The centerpieces were lacking in both volume and color- I asked for white and Blush apple and cherry blossoms, they were suppose to be big puffy clouds instead I got A couple of white cheer blossoms with sticks popping out of the top. the fake flowers looked like they were dying... Next I said absolutely no red. Sure enough my cascades had red- why probably because they were from the wedding she did the week prior that we saw her preparing when we went to pay her in full. She charged me for a table cloth for the cake table that wasn't set up and wasn't left at the venue. Her candelabras with tapered candles where horrible fake candles that looked cheap- this was never disclosed to us- she told us they were 8 hour burning candles. We paid for 40 extra candles for the sweetheart table and got 15 if that! Finally when I messaged her she promised to call me and 3 days later still no call back. Lovely lady but I wouldn't hire her for any other event. She promises you the world but delivery is lacking.

The decorator’s ideas are amazing, really. Although the decor for our head table was nice, it wasn’t what we had discussed in person. The first meeting was great and the owner was sweet. She was able to draw out on a paper the vision I had. I was very happy with it. Budget wasn’t an issue. However, for the wedding, my vision didn’t come through. Some elements that we had discussed and that were described on the quote were not in the decor. As the professional, knowing that budget wasn’t a problem, I trusted her to deliver what we had discussed in person and that is not what happened. They have a great variety of options and colors. At least the hall was ready on time.

Quality of the rental is good, but no respect of what ordered. Got some refund of the things that didn't get delivered.

It was an overall good experience but the quality of the rentals are not the best. so if you don't care a lot about the quality and the price is the most important thing then decor and more prices are the best. however, their communication skills with customers should be improved. For someone who is stressed about their event some kind of reassurance from them would have been nice. They were on time and did everything I asked for so I can say there was no reliability issues and everything was on time.

I was hesitant to book decor and more because of the previous reviews that were left here but My experience was completely different. From the moment I reached out to them, they were super helpful, professional and responsive. They worked with my budget, provided ideas and were the most reasonably priced company (I looked around a whole lot). I even had a week of crisis and they completely came through with putting some last minute decor together. Shoutout to Eleni for all the help that she gave me!! Our wedding plans changed a dozen times because of covid and in the end, it worked out perfectly. Thank you decor and more for our beautiful September wedding set up!
