Chelsea celebrations created a balloon garland for my bridal shower- as someone who is experiencing a wedding delayed due to the pandemic I cannot even begin to describe how this lifted my mood! The work was exceptional and as a small business this is someone who really takes their time and cares about their work . I have paid a ridiculous amount for balloons and the work has been sloppy and careless, their main concern was getting paid . I highly recommend Chelsea celebrations for that personalized experience and decor that will elevate any celebration !
