Horrible service. Went to print photos. They don't accept links to Google photos, so they made me pay to use the computer and download each individual photo, because their computer wouldn't allow me to download them all at once like every other. After they made me spend 20 mins downloading them, they tell me that's not how you order them from their printing service, and that their printing service (7 days to come in) is way cheaper than the way they were making me do it. So they basically made me do it the longest, most expensive way for nothing, all after I had even told them I can't stay long because I have toddlers waiting for me at home... I had asked them to fix my broken hard drive and they removed my hard drive that had 1 TB and replaced it with a hard drive that had 500 GB. When i asked them to put back old hard drive they said i never had TB and said they would charge me again to replace it. They messed up some of my files and deleted some of them also.They also made me wait 1 month to get my computer. They're very dishonest i would recommend going somewhere else to get your computer fixed.

Great staff but bad experience for me. They are to lazy to clean the shelves when items are to be sent back to the head office. Instead, they let the customer bring it to the cash register and they simply refuse to sell you the item in question. One of the clerks told me it has been like that for months.
