BUT In the same contract: On less than 10 items - 1 fryer does not work (max 300 degrees) - 1 fridge that freezes your stock (I threw all my prep) - 1 fridge that is 10 degrees (Problem with MAPAQ) - 1 perforated cooler (not hygienic, MAPAQ) - 1 bobonne of gas not regulation (problem with the firemen) I thought that I dealt with professionals. When I called to give my comments, the person told me that she could not do anything. (Original) Voici mon expérience: L'équipe de vente est super ! MAIS Dans le même contrat: Sur moins de 10 items - 1 friteuse ne fonctionne pas ( max 300 degré) - 1 frigo qui gèle ton stock ( j'ai du jeté toute ma prep) - 1 frigo qui se tient a 10 degré ( Problème avec MAPAQ) - 1 glacière perforée (pas hygiénique, MAPAQ ) - 1 bobonne de gaz pas réglementaire (problème avec les pompiers) Je pensais que je dealais avec des professionnels. I highly recommend Brovo party rentals.. I checked out 4 other party rental websites and ultimately chose Bravo. They were the only websites that clearly explained their pricing. The website is super easy to find what you need and make your order. Once I placed my order I was contacted soon after. The service was excellent! The staff were very helpful and super nice. I felt that they truly were interested in making my party a success which WAS a great success! I want to thank all of the staff for being incredibly helpful and being there for me. Chairs arrived dirty and the paint was peeling off. I had to buy felt protector stickers because most of the chairs had theirs damaged or completely missing. They charge delivery of 90$ (only for orders above 200$ otherwise its double!!!) and they charged me an additional 89$ for bringing down the chairs (via elevator) from my condo !! - if you want your customers to be happy, charge a reasonable price for delivery/pickup and only charge extra for actual labor, placing the chairs using a carrier in an elevator is not cause for an additional charge.

I normally don’t write reviews but Bravo deserves it. This was also my first time renting party equipment and my experience was wonderful. I picked out everything I needed online, the delivery was right on schedule, the staff was extremely kind and helpful and everything worked out perfect. After realizing how easy Bravo made it to rent just a couple of things for a backyard BBQ party, it wont be the last time I decide to host a big party. Thank you all!

With a short timeline for my daughters wedding, we went in person to the showroom and were reassured that availability of tents etc were no problem. The 'tent guy' was on vacation and would call us the following Monday. We never received a call back even after leaving multiple messages in the next few days (also with assurance that we would get a call back). With 3 weeks to go by this point we found another company in Laval that was wonderful and better cost in the end. So less than 1 star rating for me if that was an option here.

Hosted a private event for 25 people - rented the tables and chairs - everything in good condition, staff were easy to interact with and pleasant. Very positive experience, will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The girl in the show room didn't know anything about items. She had to run back and forth and ask somebody all our questions. Then we were told to place an order online. When actually online is not and order request but a quote request. After we placed a quote request online we received a confirmation email saying that somebody will get back to us in 24-48 hours. 2.5 weeks later nobody still contacted us. We tried to call them couple of times and they always would take order info and say that somebody would call back. I went to another rental place where the order was placed in less than 15 minutes.

I assisted in planning my sister in law's 60th birthday party that Bravo had provided rentals for and was very disappointed with the level of professionalism used throughout the entire planning process. They do not answer emails and are non-responsive when messages are left. Their level of cleaniless is despicable as there were lipstick stains on the glassware and leftover food on the plates. I will never use this company again and I strongly advise no one else to as well.

As an event planner, I use Bravo a lot for my clients. But this October it was my big day and Bravo went above and beyond with my custom requests and high expectations. Their pricing was beyond reasonable, the sales staff was amazing and super helpful and the delivery and set up team was fun and efficient! They really made me feel special :)

They made us fill out entire quote ourselves online even though we had never done it before (our first and hopefully last wedding), no service, then never did their follow-ups, we had to constantly run after them. Finally we got fed up and changed suppliers (a few weeks before wedding) since they essentially ghosted us. It was very stressful, I do not recommend it.

I will never use Bravo Party Rentals again. The bars I rented for my high-end gala were scratched, some glasses were dirty (like food was still stuck to them), they never arrive on time and when I complained I was told the manager would be in touch with me (not once but twice). This has not happened and it has been over two months now. Not sure what I will do to replace this service but I would not recommend them.

Garbage company. Would give 0 stars if I could. They called on the morning of our wedding saying they were going to be late. They then tried to charge us damage fees because we left an arch outside even though they told us we could use it outside. They claimed there was water damage and there wasn't even rain... Also tried to charge us fees because we didn't stack the chairs before pickup. Euh.... NO ONE EVER TOLD US to stack the chairs at the end and it wasnt written in our contract to do so. Thanks for leaving us with this memory on our wedding Bravo real amateurs! Stay away at all cost go with another company!
