Always slow, but today was really bad. One teller was working, the line was long and there were 5 girls chatting behind the counter. Finally one girl opened up. I asked her for a roll of "toonies". She asked me what that was. I explained it was a two dollar coin and wondered why she didn't know. She said she was French and most of her customers speak French and she wasn't familiar with the expression. I then asked the manager of the bank why more tellers weren't opened with the long line. She explained that they are trying to "train people to use the automatic machines". Inconceivable.

I showed up there last week (almost 3 weeks after going the first time) had to wait 25 minutes in line and when I finally spoke to someone they said they handed over the documents electronically to the "financial aid" branch (or something like that) of BMO and that there was nothing they could do, that I had to wait for the news, as if what I was saying didn't deserve more attention. Today I finally received a notice that the documents had never been forwarded. I lost more than 3 weeks, experienced great financial stress for a mistake they made that they couldn't even see. And I have to go to the branch once again to hand in the documents again. Let's say I have better things to do than waste my time. (Original) Je suis allée porter mon certificat de garantie pour l'aide financière aux études le 5 février . Tout semblait avoir été fait comme il le fallait. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles et donc j'ai du contacter à plusieurs reprises la banque pour savoir ce qui se passait sans réponses. Je m'y suis présentée la semaine dernière (presque 3 semaines après être allée la première fois), j'ai dû attendre 25 minutes en file et lorsque j'ai finalement parlé à quelqu'un, ils m'ont affirmés avoir remis les documents électroniquement à la branche "aide financière" (ou quelque chose comme ça) de BMO et qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire, que je devais attendre les nouvelles, comme si ce que je disais ne méritais pas plus d'attention . Aujourd'hui j'ai finalement reçu un avis comme quoi les documents n'avaient jamais été transmis. J'ai perdu plus de 3 semaines, vécue un gros stress financier pour une erreur qu'ils ont commise et qu'ils n'ont même pas pu voir. Et je dois me déplacer encore une fois dans la succursale pour remettre à nouveau les documents. Disons que j'ai mieux à faire que de perdre mon temps.

Je suis restée courtoise et polie avec Mme Bourdeau lors de toutes mes tentatives de la contacter mais ma patience a des limites. Je ne recommande pas cette banque parce qu'ils ne sont absolument pas disponibles pour les besoins de leur clientèle.
