My wife and I were truly pleased with what Caryn and the team were able to put together for our wedding. They were able to turn a relatively blank canvas into a simple yet elegant setup that met our expectations! Caryn was also flexible throughout the process, and despite the difficulties we had due to the pandemic was able to deliver and relieve us of a lot of stress from setting up the place. She is also true to her creative thinking: she is willing to suggest against your potentially crazy ideas to ensure that the end result is the best it can be. She is also so thoughtful that she even offered to make us an additional buoquet after the wedding as the one she made got ruined due to the unexpected snow on the day. A Timeless Celebration made our wedding day beautiful and we cannot recommend them more highly. The floral arrangements were breathtaking; they exceeded our expectations and set the stage for our entire wedding day. The full, elaborate, beautiful floral arrangements perfectly reflected our style and vision. Caryn met with us (virtually) multiple times to discuss our palette and preferences, and worked so creatively to fit everything (and them some!) into our limited budget. She was very responsive and patient with us throughout the entire process. Caryn was highly accommodating and flexible, adjusting the floral arrangements multiple times to maximize what we could achieve within our budget. She never even lightly forced us to go outside our budget, and was transparent about costs at all times. Caryn was straightforward and creative with her options, and it was clear that she cared deeply about making our wedding day spectacular. Caryn’s team took care of all aspects of set-up and take-down on our wedding day, making our lives much easier. Her team was calm and patient, working in the background while our wedding preparations proceeded at the church. Caryn was even there to pin the groom’s and groomsmen’s boutonnieres onto their jackets (since we were helpless by ourselves!). Our experience with A Timeless Celebration was incredible. The love and kindness that Caryn showed to us, and the meticulous, stunning floral arrangements that she created for our wedding, left us awestruck. Our day would not have been nearly as special without Caryn’s talents transforming our vision into our dream wedding.

Caryn did an excellent job coordinating our wedding and ensuring that everything went smoothly. We had a DIY wedding (the venue provided very little) and she made sure all the vendors were in the right place at the right time. Several people told us it was the nicest wedding they'd ever been to :) An additional perk: She offered a la carte services/rentals such as flowers, printing, etc which we found very helpful

Trust me when I tell you that my wedding planner is definitely better then yours… I honestly think she has super powers because she pulled off the impossible in less then 3 weeks. Let me tell you my story and you can be the judge. Initial wedding date: Octobre 2020(Postponed) Second date: July 2021(Had to change venues 2X thanks to covid) I reached out to Caryn in April 2021, when my 1st venue cancelled on me 2 month before my wedding. Freaking out because I didn’t know what to do and how to find a venue that fast. Surprisingly, she was not worried or stressed. She was happy to accept the challenge of putting a wedding together in 2 month. (I thought she was crazy but she made me feel hopeful again) But then 3 weeks before my wedding, we find out that my second venue is a no go either so at this point I’m ready to get married in a dumpster I swear! Caryn, on the other hand, had other plans for me and a dumpster was definitely not part of it! She was able to book me a venue, find my caterer and rent everything we need to turn that venue into the most magical, whimsical and dreamy venue you can ever think of. She turned that venue into my dream wedding in less then 3 weeks. So if this doesn’t make her a super hero or the best wedding planner out there then I dunno what will! You still don’t believe me? My husband and I are blessed to have worked with Caryn from A Timeless Celebration for our wedding flowers! Due to the pandemic, our plans inevitably kept changing. We are so thankful that Caryn was responsive and flexible throughout the entire process. We ordered a preserved flower bouquet for myself, real flower bouquets for the bridesmaids/groomsmaid, extra bouquets used as table centerpieces, fresh roses for our wedding cake, and a bunch of boutonnieres for the groomsmen/bridesman and immediate families. Working with Caryn was a pleasure! She was always very helpful and patient with me as I tried to plan a wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was even able to accommodate us when we had to postpone our wedding. I asked her for simple white and green flowers and she gave me the exact aesthetic I was looking for. The decorations at our reception were simple, but effective. She filled the room with candles which gave off a warm and romantic glow. I did find it a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for! I highly recommend!

Finding a florist for our wedding was one of the hardest suppliers to find. Many florists didn’t respond to us and I had a hard time getting quotes. Until I found Caryn! She is great! She is responsive, listens to what you want and tries to find you the best option for your budget.
