Sarah is awesome, so down to earth, fun and up for anything! I have been following East Coast Pop Up Weddings for some time now, so when we made our plan to get married at the airport before hopping on a plane to Greece, I didn't even contact anyone else, it had to be her! We are pretty low-key people, so it was the perfect way for us to to have our ceremony! And although it was just the necessary parties there, and we were in our travel clothes (yoga pants, shorts & sneakers!) she still made the moment feel just as special! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! :)

Being from out of province, we knew pretty much nothing about getting married in Nova Scotia. When we had to change our original small wedding plans to an even smaller wedding, Sarah helped us every step of the way. A friend of ours eloped with East Coast Pop Up and loved it, so we decided to choose it for our elopement as well. It was an incredible experience. Sarah made everything so easy for us to understand and really helped outline each step we needed to take. It was so nice talking with her and getting everything sorted out. When my man and I decided to get married this winter, we thought it would just be a small paper signing at city hall because of gathering limits etc, and were planning to have a bigger reception in the summer. We're extremely happy that we decided to hire Sarah instead to plan a small intimate ceremony with close friends and family in a stunning natural setting, with a fun little after party at her wedding chapel (another reassuring detail: that if the weather hadn't cooperated, she had this beautiful indoor space in Wolfville as a backup option). She was very easy to communicate with--good-humoured and relaxing to talk to, offering helpful suggestions every step of the way. She was also able to recommend a great photographer and did a wonderful job of managing all the small details so we wouldn't have to worry about them. If you're looking for a consummate professional to plan a small wedding or elopement, Sarah's your best bet. We hope we can convince her to help with the larger event in the summer with more friends and family if she isn't too booked up!

If you are looking for the most over-the-top, 7000-feet-in-the-air, least-basic wedding you can think of - she's your girl. My new hubby (!) and I had the most amazing wedding we could have dreamed of (and that's saying something seeing as a pandemic interrupted it). I was inspired by one (many) of Sarah's instagram posts and our wedding just magically took shape in her hands. We had lots of notice for anything we needed to do (which was really just get rings and a license - she took care of everything else). I'm not someone who lets others take control very easily, but I seemed to have no choice but to get 100% lost in the moment - there was just nothing for me to DO aside from have fun! When I turned around to pick up my purse, Sarah already had it. When I was looking for something late in the evening, it was packed up sitting ready for me. Aside from the obvious huge things like organizing a full camera crew and hot air balloon pilots/owners, being ready with about an hour's notice, meaningful words spoken, working with phenomenal photographers, and I'm sure 1000 other behind-the-scenes things, these little details really just made our day so perfect. When I seen Sarah’s “pop up love” weddings, I messaged her right away! What more could you ask for? Cake, champagne, DJ, venue, photography and flowers were included; not to mention the best JOP in the city! When covid-19 struck, it up as a game changer. Unfortunately our wedding was “cancelled” but Sarah was amazing and worked with us to make sure everything remained as much the same as possible. We ended up having a perfect wedding of 50 close friends and family in our backyard. Sarah has a friendly approach and is very easy to get along with.
