We rented from caseleys for our wedding and had the worst experience ever. They forgot to deliver 7 of the 11 tables we needed. When I called to ask when we would get them they said “maybe this evening or tomorrow” and I said uhh NO I am setting up for my wedding TODAY and you agreed to deliver it TODAY. They did come back and deliver them that afternoon after that. Almost all the linens were wrinkled and dirty. One had an ENTIRE hand print on it. The portapottie we ordered wasn’t at our venue until 2ish the day OF OUR WEDDING. My MOH had to call when she showed up at 1 and realized it wasn’t there. The service was fine until after this all happened. Whatever I do I will never rent from them again. I don’t care if they hold a monopoly on this stuff in PEI.

My daughter was looking for a prom dress for her graduation, and she went to Caseleys Boutique and had Cathy as her sales associate. Cathy had a horrible attitude the entire time and rolled her eyes if she said she wasn’t a fan of one of the dresses Cathy picked out. She was trying to sell dresses based on the price tag, and which were higher, not trying to actually suit my daughter and what she wanted. I also caught her making snarky fat comments to my daughter. After that we won’t be returning, and won’t be purchasing a dress. You’ve not only lost a sale, but you also ruined the dress shopping experience for my daughter, be ashamed.
