I was extremely anxious as COVID kept us very uncertain about how the wedding will go down but Neha was very supportive and ensured we were prepared for all possible scenarios. For all our three events, she made sure that everything went smoothly and took great care of us. Her passion for her work is very visible in the results that she delivers and I would not think twice before recommending her to anyone who is in need of an event planner! With every curveball COVID threw us, we truly couldn't even have IMAGINED having the wedding we did. We re-planned everything in the week prior because of restriction changes and Neha was there to help negotiate and communicate with vendors throughout. Neha truly afforded us the luxury of enjoying our wedding stress-free. We didn’t have a reception due to CoVID but hope we get to work with Neha again.

A magical last minute backyard wedding! We started planning our wedding in 2019 with Neha. Pretty much everything was ready to go for June 2020 when COVID struck and, like most couples, we were left in limbo. With Neha's help we went from a 300 guest hall wedding to a 30 person intimate backyard wedding. Neha helped us figure out vendors and new ideas to make things work with COVID restrictions. She was also a great source of advice and always willing to help out with last minute changes or accommodations to make sure our guests felt safe and comfortable. Neha and her awesome team helped make sure our wedding was a beautiful and magical day!

We found Neha on an online wedding show pre covid and we can’t be more thankful that we found her. Our original wedding date was May 2020 but unfortunately with COVID in full swing we had to postpone our big fat Indian wedding. Trying to deal with COVID and the complexity of postponing felt like such an overwhelming task but having Neha by our side to take care of that for us was exactly what we needed at that time. She took care of communicating with all the vendors about the postponement and finding a new date that worked with all our vendors so that we could have a smaller COVID friendly wedding ceremony in September 2020 instead. Through the rearrangements Neha was always available for us for anything that we needed and for any inquiries or questions that I had. She always made herself available and reassured me that everything would go smoothly. Knowing that we had Neha by our side was exactly the reassurance we needed to be able to enjoy the day of our wedding. I would highly recommend Neha to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or planner as she makes sure to give each client the time and attention that they require and not to mention that her warm and friendly nature makes you feel like you’re working with a friend. =)

Neha was an awesome planner for our wedding! She helped find many of our vendors and was always easily accessible. She kept us on track in terms of when tasks need to be done and payments made! She also helped calm our nerves many times through the process. We changed our venue and many details of the wedding halfway through and she was very accommodating in helping us navigate through it all! Not only were they extremely professional and easy to work with , they are so down to earth and personable that it makes planning your wedding with them that much more stress free. Through-out our planning process Neha was extremely patient with us and all the back and forth when needing to make decisions, supported us and attended vendor meetings with us, and handled all the details that wouldn't even cross your mind! Neha planned our wedding in July 2021. We booked her with only 5 months to the wedding and she was able to help us secure vendors and plan and execute in time for the big day. We purchased the full wedding package which included her sourcing vendor options and helping to coordinate meetings with vendors so we could choose which one we wanted to go with. She also reviewed contracts and was the point person with the vendors. She came with us on a site visit, and coordinated a wedding rehearsal with our families. Neha was always within reach, by call or text, which we appreciated especially in the weeks before our wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and my husband and I got the chance to fully engage in the ceremony. Everything ran smoothly thanks to Neha and her husband. Thanks Neha! Neha and Jay were an absolute dream to work with. I have a hard time delegating tasks, but Neha instilled so much comfort that I had no problem trusting her to execute our vision. They were like family during our events - Jay was even my witness for the wedding! Because we were a COVID wedding, Neha helped us organize our reception dinner with two weeks notice. We had to completely change our itinerary for the reception on the day of and Neha completely rolled with the punches! Within a few minutes, Jay became our emcee and even organized a game for during the dinner!! 5 out of 5 stars!
