Ce dernier, lorsque je lui ai communiqué mon mécontentement face à leurs conditions d’éligibilité, m'a répondu sur un ton impatient et utilisant l'impératif à l’excès, pour me faire comprendre que je ne devais pas me plaindre puisque cette protection était gratuite et qu'il ne pouvait pas contrôler la météo. Là n'était pas mon propos! Quel manque de discernement : tout ce qu'il a obtenu, c'est de me motiver à partager mon expérience pour éviter que d'autres ne s'y fassent prendre...
