(Translated) I rented a tent with plank, tables, chairs, tablecloths and toilets for my wedding: it was complicated and unacceptable from start to finish. It started with an endless series of emails, the submissions were incorrect and not precise (see photo attached). I had a doubt, but I gave the runner a chance. The day of the installation the ordeal started for real, a completely obsolete and overloaded truck arrived (broken side mirrors (both !!!) and deflated tires) almost impossible to reverse the truck in a straight line. The marquee floor had no pre-assembly, it was a stack of plywood with a stack of planks. It took the day to install, without counting that at the end of the afternoon they realized that it lacked materials. Once the marquee was installed (late at night), the fabrics were very dirty, there were almost no windows. Then the chairs were not the one requested and bid and impossible to change because the bid one no longer existed. The chairs received were dusty and the price had to be lower, but on the final invoice the price was higher. When the toilet arrived it was not the right one, again, I paid for a de Luxe chemical toilet but I received one de Luxe and one standard toilet (without flap). They were so out of business that they almost forgot to charge me. I received the final invoice 1 month after my wedding rather than the day of installation. (1 day before the wedding by the way) In short, I spent a lot of energy and time to finally have something to drink and at a fair price. Do not do business with them, unless your level of stress and quality is very low .... (Original) J'ai loué un chapiteau avec planché, tables, chaises, nappes et toilettes pour mon mariage : ce fut compliqué et inacceptable du début à la fin. Ça commencé avec une série de courriel interminable, les soumissions étaient erroné et non précises(voir photo jointe). J'ai eu un doute, mais j'ai laissé la chance au coureur. Le jour de l'installation le calvaire à commencé pour vrai, un camion complétement désuet et surchargé est arrivé (miroirs de côtés cassés (les deux!!!) et pneus dégonflé) presque impossible de reculer le camion en ligne droite. Le planché du chapiteau n'avait aucun pré-assemblage, c'était une pile de contreplaqué avec une pile de madrier. Ça pris la journée à installé, sans compté qu'en fin d'après midi ils se sont aperçu qu'il manquait de matériaux. Une fois le chapiteau installé(tard le soir), les toiles était très sale, il n'y avait presque pas de fenêtres. Ensuite les chaises n'était pas celle demandé et soumissionné et impossible de changé car celle soumissionné n'existait plus. Les chaises reçu était poussiéreuses et le prix devait être moindre, mais sur la facture final le prix était supérieur. Lorsque les toilettes sont arrivé ce n'était pas les bonnes, encore là, j'ai payé pour des toilettes chimique de Luxe mais j'ai reçu une de Luxe et une toilette standard (sans clapet). Ils étaient tellement pas à leur affaire qu'ils ont presque oublié de me faire payer. J'ai reçu la facture finale 1 mois après mon mariage plutôt que la journée de l'installation. (1 jour avant le mariage en passant) Bref, j'ai dépensé énormément d'énergie et de temps pour finalement avoir quelques chose de potable et à un prix juste. Ne faite pas affaire avec eux, à moins que votre niveau de stress et de qualité soit très bas....
