I have taken 3 printing jobs into the store and not only has the quality of the finished product been excellent, Sebastian and his staff have gone out of their way to help in any way they could. Anyone wishing to have a quality printed product and positive, quality experience need look no further, UPS Store #215 is the best!!

He gave me sound advice on how to proceed - which attend will be most successful and what would end up in more frustration. I had been trying to send a package back to a seller using DHL (their choice). They didn't give me any direction or help. I went in to the UPS store completely frustrated and confused. Sébastien took the time to explain everything to me he even printed all the labels they sent me with no charge. DHL didn't tell me anything about a customs clearance form. Good thing Sébastien pointed that out printed one for me and helped me fill it out or the package might have been returned. After all that he even offered for me to leave the package at his store for them to pick up even though DHL doesn't compensate UPS for any of this. I am grateful for all the help from Sebastián and the UPS Store. I will use them every time in the future.

Within one day of me asking them for a unique engraved mug, their graphic artist had the template drafted up and engraved for me to give to out of town relatives that were leaving the next day. Go somewhere else. Staff are rude and make up stories to make you go away. Went in with 3 door stickers from the delivery guy. First response is “that has duty owing so it’s not here” - before I can get a word. Then when informed that the duty is paid he goes to look for package. Now he comes back and tells me the UPS Store is not affiliated with the brown truck that says UPS on it. So which story is true? I don’t care I’ll never set foot in the place again. Joke of an operation.

BE CAREFUL WHEN SHIPPING YOUR FISH FROM HERE! I usually don't give bad reviews, but we just lost our salmon that was processed and shipped from High Tide Seafood through this UPS store and want to warn others of the problem that we experienced. We were never told from our fishing guide at Coastal Wildnerness Adventures, High Tide Seafoods, or the UPS store that there are NO Guarantees when shipping your fish. They charged us for processing and shipping, on top of the $2800 for the trip itself and because of the FDA our fish was pulled and not properly cared for, which completely ruined it. When it arrived it was immediately opened and the temps were 51 & 56 F degrees. They had held my fish back in their store until the end of our trip. When I called to have it shipped the girl at High Tide had no idea of what she was doing and said that Sandra the owner would call me, I never heard back from her. I called again a few days later - left a message, NO response again. Then my husband called and they answered - they still didn't know what to tell us about the status and said that Sandra would call us back... you guessed it, NEVER heard from her. Although, we did get a call from Gary at UPS store that shipped it and they were the ones that told us that the FDA held it up in transit. The UPS warehouse had in California for 2 days, without properly caring for it. UPS suggested to call the UPS store for a reimbursement. When I called and talked with Gary about at the very least getting compensated for the issue, they said there was nothing that they could do for me. Which is ridiculous - I own a business you can compensate customers, it was the least they could of done because they don't warn you about the possibility of this happening. Don't ship your fish from these people - they don't care about you or your shipment. If you lose your fish due to FDA inspection - You will not be compensated for your loss and as a "tourist fisherman" you probably paid about $80 a pound. If we would of known about this, we would of processed and flash frozen it and cared for it ourselves and brought it home on the plane.

All of my experiences at this store have been great! I had signs made and stickers printed for my business, and I am so happy with the results. I am impressed with the quality and the speed in which they were done. The owners and graphic designer are so nice and communicate so well, that the signs and stickers came out exactly as I had envisioned. Great service! The workers here are very knowledgeable and friendly. May be considered expensive but anything they ship is guaranteed to get to its location in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place if you have anything urgent that needs to get to a new location.
