She is accommodating and allows for a lot of input on the design and is more than accommodating when it comes to proofing your items. Does not care about your business! I contacted her to book an appointment for my wedding invitations and she booked me two months in advance saying it was her only available appointment. The day before the appointment she emailed me to say that she has a wedding show to attend. We rescheduled for the following day and she contacted me back asking to change the appointment time AGAIN. Seeing how I had already had prior engagements that day since I booked this appointment months in advance, I asked to be rescheduled for the following weekend. She told me that weekend was not available for appointments and wanted to push me back an additional two weeks just to see her when she's the one who cancelled my first two appointments! Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

My husband and I got married in October of 2018 and we used Heather for our invites RSVP cards and seating chart. She is incredibly personable and talented. She listened to exactly what I wanted and created an incredible layout. For those who are not sure about what they are looking for, Heather has so many examples and templates.
