Quality products and never had an issue once in the 4+ years ordering from them. Great customer service and rental products are in great shape. Easy to pick up/drop off and instructions. Have used them twice now for the cotton candy machine and will continue to use there services in the future.

Integrity and fairness. There was something wrong with a cylinder I rented. I was only able to inflate a few balloons. When I complained to Party Rental Depot guys, they offered me refund or another cylinder. I took the cylinder. That one was alright. Fair deal. Thank you!!

I attended a charity race event on the weekend that was hosted by Party Rental Depot and was blown away! It was an amazing event with a stunning igloo tent that hosted everyone. With it being minus -20 outside it was awesome to have a place to rest. They were very quick and easy at the put up and take process. Amazing company! I was fortunate enough to be invited for a charity driving event hosted by Party Rental Depot. They executed the event flawlessly providing a heated igloo tent, tables, speaker system, and exterior tenting. I highly recommend for any event or corporate outing.

This rental company went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed for our wedding in May. With covid numbers changing constantly, we ended up having a very small intimate wedding. Throughout the wedding planning, they were so good with changes in our plans and able to accommodate what we needed. They were so great with updating our number of rental items to make sure we could have our micro wedding. They were very professional and came the day before our wedding to drop off all of the items. The people who dropped off the items were super friendly and helped us build some of the tables. I would highly recommend this company for weddings, plus there stuff is SO nice and very well kept.

great rental options with lots of variety for all events. I used them for a bridal shower. I loved that there were options for various sizes for round tables versus other companies who tend to carry the standard size. one suggestion/issue: the delivery free is simply overpriced. I did not have access to a truck and the cost of delivery was unacceptable ($50 one way)...the cost for was almost double my rental order....will be a consideration for future rentals

I have used Party Rental Depot for a few events now. One time we had them deliver, other times I have collected and dropped off. Every time it’s been super easy to deal with. I find the prices totally reasonable. Going along and picking things up/dropping them off have been super easy as well. And there’s a really good choice of items/types of item in their catalogue. They’re my go to now for all of our events.

My parents own a party store in Chestermere, AB and we LOVE working with Sadie, Todd and Royal! We have had to place last minute orders for helium and Sadie always responds promptly (sometimes even from home after hours!) Deliveries are always on time and Todd and Royal do all the heavy lifting for us too ???? We highly recommend Party Rental Depot and hope to continue to support them as they have supported us!
