Words would never be able to articulate the depth of gratitude we feel for the Paper Doll Events team. They brought our ideas to life, but still exceeded everything we could have hoped for. They took the time to learn and understand what we were looking for out of our wedding day. As such, they were able to curate an event that was unique to us and truly reflected who we were as a couple. They knew what we wanter better than we did at times! They poured their hearts into our wedding, and it showed through in every detail. Everything was planned to perfection, and executed so smoothly on the day of. Because of PDE, we were able to relax and take in the best day of our lives! From their warm nature to their impeccable style, they made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I went from bridezilla to bride-chilla'...Hiring PDE was, by far, the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Stephanie and Lindsay are a DREAM, and we couldn't recommend them enough!
Can't say enough great things about Steph + Linds! They are both so personable, professional, and SO talented at what they do. They can make any dream come to life and always go above and beyond. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day because we knew Steph + Linds had everything covered. I will forever be so grateful for how patient, flexible, and hard working they were throughout our entire wedding process. We truly couldn't of done it without them!!!
Steph + Lindsay are amazing! Not only did they manage to pull off our dream wedding in less than 3 months(!) - they were incredibly sweet, organized, professional, patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Their relationships with businesses and vendors was so valuable and it was obvious they are respected and trusted by all. They were able to bring our visions to life as well as their own fun and creative ideas we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. We were able to completely enjoy our wedding day knowing every detail was looked after. They make it look easy!

Paperdoll is perfection!! Steph and Lindsay were wonderful to work with. They expertly styled all of our decor to make my dreams and vision a reality. The day of timeline they created allowed for all family and vendors to have a clear guideline of the wedding day, total necessity. In my opinion, hiring Paperdoll is an absolute must! These women styled our wedding beautifully and kept me stress free throughout the day. Lindsay worked wonders, making a red wine stain disappear from my dress all while keeping me calm and comfortable. Before unabashedly gushing about their abilities as event planners and wedding stylists, we want to start by saying that L + S are two of the loveliest people you could ever have the pleasure of sharing time with. Their positivity and passion for what they do is infectious and will immediately put you at ease. There is an infinitely long list of all the ways L + S took the stress and worry out of wedding-planning for us, so in the interest of time and space, we’ve chosen just a few points to highlight how much they helped us. Despite both fancying ourselves as type-A, organized, detail focused people, Randy and I quickly realized we were out of our element trying to coordinate a long-distance wedding. Even for a small wedding like ours there were so many moving parts, vendors, and questions we did not have the expertise to answer. The prospect of trying to tackle wedding planning with full-time careers was daunting to say the least. L + S swooped in and instantly became our fairy wedding godmothers. The peace of mind they gave us was invaluable. They thought of everything we wouldn’t have. They had answers, suggestions and solutions for every scenario we could dream up. The wedding day flies by in an instant. It’s over before you know it. Having L + S there in the lead up and on the wedding day allowed Randy and I to focus our energy elsewhere and to take in all of the special moments with each other, our family, and friends. I also need to add that in addition to being the queens of organization and coordination, they have an impeccable eye for style and design. Our wedding aesthetic was incredibly important to me. L + S somehow took all of my disjointed Pinterest pages, rambling emails, screen captures, eclectic DIY projects and extra-large containers of décor, and created a magazine-worthy wedding more beautiful than I ever imagined was possible. We couldn’t imagine our wedding without L + S (and we wouldn’t want to - they are seriously the BEST!)
Paper Doll Events are incredible. They walked us through every detail for our wedding planning and helped us figure out what we wanted for our day. They brought everything together so beautifully and made the planning process stress-free and fun. Our wedding was perfect and we could not have done it without them.
Lindsay, Steph and the rest of the Paperdoll team are amazing. Nick and I could not imagine our day without their help. We had month of coordination, which entailed Lindsay reviewing all of our contracts, what we had ordered for food, etc. making suggestions and recommendations, doing our day of timeline and so so much more. Someone coming up with a timeline was invaluable! I am quite the planner and particular, but eventually I felt like I had so many things on the go, I was so happy we made the decision months earlier to hire a someone to coordinate, and let me be clear they did way more than coordinate. Lindsay always promptly responded to any inquires I had, made recommendations for vendors or timing etc. She knew and understood my vision and executed it beautifully. Late in the evening on our wedding day, I remember I wish I had saved our place cards and menus; a few days ago, I finally started to go through all of the “stuff” from the wedding and little did I know they were safety packed away for us. We cannot thank you enough. Nick and I enjoyed working with all of you so much. How the décor was set up was beautiful and exactly my vision. When people ask me “how did the day go” I cannot say anything went awry… and I know that is all due to Paperdoll. Lindsay, Steph and their team are so talent, professional, amazing at what they do and overall just the sweetest people. You will not regret hiring them. My only regret is maybe I should have left some of the planning for them!! Thank you again.
My fiancé and I were in way over our heads trying to plan our wedding. We had already cancelled the first plan because we were stressed out and had no idea what we were doing. Seriously people, leave it to the professionals and keep your sanity. We met with Lindsay and Stephanie of Paper Doll Events and instantly connected with them and wanted to go ahead with the wedding plan, round two. We both felt like a huge weight had been lifted and knew we were in such great hands. These girls are so professional, organized, patient, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. They have AMAZING vendor connections and literally everyone that knows them adore's them, they are so sweet. Our wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more. They totally understood the vibe we were going for and blew us away with their venue and design proposals while staying within budget. We can both honestly say, hiring Paper Doll Events is the best money we spent and made the whole wedding process an absolute breeze. We had absolutely no stress leading up to our wedding or day of and everything turned out beyond perfect and went so smoothly. Even with a few minor setbacks due to weather, Lindsay and Stephanie calmly and efficiently worked around it. We had the best day ever and got a million compliments on every aspect of our wedding. Lindsay and Steph are literally amazing!! They are so passionate about their work and it truly shows. Our wedding was perfect and better than we could have ever imagined. This was all thanks to the girls. They made the planning so easy and always kept us in the loop. We are from Edmonton and had our wedding in Banff, therefore most of our communication was via email and phone calls. Every detail was thought out and all our questions were answered before we even asked them! The wedding day was so organized that Myles and I did not have to worry about a thing. Highly, highly recommend! xx
We can't recommend Lindsay and Steph highly enough! They were incredibly helpful in making recommendations for vendors, timing, and logistics, and their coordination on the day of the event was flawless. Lindsay and Steph are both extremely friendly and welcoming, and made the whole process much more enjoyable. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we couldn't have done it without them!
We can not recommend Steph and Lindsay enough! They helped us plan the entire wedding and did an amazing job at helping us with organization, design, flowers, food, music! They have great relationships with wedding vendors in the city and their recommendations were invaluable. We had our ceremony and reception at different venues and day of organization/coordination was perfect!
