Our wedding event of June 19th, 2015: The feedback from all the guests was that the mandap, wedding chairs, decorations looked terrific and that the JAS team did a wonderful job. You arrived on time, you installed everything as promised and well within the stage limitations and all the decorations looked perfect! You also came by on time to dismantle the Mandap. I want to take this opportunity to thank you greatly. It made our wedding event very very special. Great value for money!

What can I say... Jas was the easiest vendor to work with! We booked our tents, backdrops and DJ with him and everything was perfect. We told Jas to surprise us with our backdrops because we knew we can trust him and he did not disappoint us! Thank you for making our special day that much more special! We hired Jas for tent services for my wedding and house decor. His decor is phenomenal. Tent services I wouldn't say so much. He was easy to talk to and quick to get a hold of which was highly appreciated prior to event. However, on the wedding morning, we had arranged seating for 300 people but the set up was for 200 people and one less tent was set up. This came as a big surprise to us on the wedding morning of all days. The temple did pave a certain section which had caused this decision to be made by Jas because the last tent would be set up on unpaved land unlike the other tents which were set up on paved land. He made this decision on his own to set up 100 less seats and 1 less tent without contacting us regardless of the fact we paid him for the arrangement of 300 guests. We just wish he had contacted us at the time of set up, the day BEFORE, rather than us having to struggle with an overload of guests on the wedding morning!! - especially since we had paid him for a service and we did not get that. During our discussion, we told him we invited 500 guests and he suggested 300 seats would be sufficient. Knowing we are having 500 guests, Jas should have had the courtesy to call us at the time of set up to discuss what to do or if we should set up tents on a different side etc. Jas did agree to refund us but a similar amount to what we paid for the house tent to accommodate 40 people which I didn't think was sufficient for the stress of crowd control it had caused on the morning of the wedding!!! which could have been prevented or lessened. We had counted seats on the wedding morning to learn we had less seats and had to contact Jas ourselves for him to tell us he had set up less seats than the contract & payment. Otherwise, I dont know if he would have even told us. I did not think this was honest. Lastly, during take down, Jas's team took bags of our bottle recycling without asking from around our home and inside our garage. During a weeks worth of wedding events, we had a tonne of bottle recycling we had saved up to take in. We thought that was cheap on their part. He did home decor services which was amazing. But our experience with his tent services should have been better for what we paid (since he is on the higher end of Indian Tent Rental providers) and for the level of quality, professionalism and service he claims he provides. I was disappointed.

I am at a lack of words on how supportive Jas was throughout our wedding events. I hired him for my house decorations all the way to my reception decorations. For everything he decorated I would have rated him 12/ 10 if I could. He is such a hard working, genuine, and kind person. We initially approached Jas for our wedding decor. He was a down to earth guy who seemed reasonable to deal with. We liked his enthusiasm and the products he had to offer. What I liked the most about dealing with Jas Tent Rentals were the prompt responses we would receive. His wife is a team member and helped coordinate most of our meetings with Jas. Since we enjoyed our interactions with the team so much, we even rented tents for our Mehendi event from them. As per our request, they set up the tents two days before the event. The space within the tent seemed small for the amount of guests we were expecting so we asked Jas to install an extra tent. This was an emergency request...and yet he delivered and installed the tent as soon as we could. Our decor for the wedding was amazing... We truly loved it! Thank you Jas, his wife and his team for helping us with making both our events memorable!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND INCONSISTENT PRICING!!! We had original booked Jas Tent Rental (JTR) to set up tents, chairs and tables for my wedding. During the booking of tents Jas had mentioned to us that he does decor as well. After weeks of looking around for suitable, reliable, and professional decor companies, we decided to go with somebody else (Universal Decor). At the end of the day, it is our wedding and we have the right to choice whom we do bushiness with. However, when JTR found out that we went with another company for decor it upset them. We tried reaching out to the company in getting quotes for other items that JTR offered. The prices were ridiculously expensive and the behavior, service and professionalism was horrible afterwards. It came to a point where we decided to cancel his services and forfeit our deposit. We ended up going with another tent company (Posh Tent) that provided excellent pricing and customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!

My husband and I got married in August. We found Jas on Facebook and started following his page. We requested a sit down meeting with him and instantly knew he was the right match. Working with Jas and his team was amazing. Their work was very detailed and clean. He goes over and beyond to make each event feel and look beautiful. He does honest hard work and I really respect him for that. He delivers exactly what he promises. Personally I was a very picky bride, especially about the decor (ambiance and overall guest experience), and he managed to knock my socks off. I have worked with Jas and Gagan 3 times in the last few months. I am so happy and thankful that each time they make my vision become reality. Terrible customer service! Sent 2 emails and finally called. They even acknowledged they got my email but didn't have time to reply to them. I've emailed a few other vendors for chair rentals and they've gotten back to me within the day. They said that MAYBE they can get back to me this week but from the sounds of it, they have no interest in wanting my business.

I would recommend Jas to anyone and everyone. He did a phenomenal job for all of our wedding events. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the process so simple and stress free. BEWARE !!!!! DON'T HIRE THEM,IF I COULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WILL LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I writing this review on behalf of my son , we hired jas tent rental for his wedding , first the prices were too good to be true they were most affordable company in town . But there services were are as cheap as there prices , there work was very low quality , we order the draping around the hall it was so thin that you can see the walls , ceiling drape look horrible it look nothing like pictures they shown us . The backdrop was not exactly what we ordered , when we questioned them they were rude & unprofessional .

We used Jas tent rentals for my house decor, entrance decor, tent rental for 150 people, and stage setup inside the tent. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of work. The night of the sangeet there was a huge wind storm, and without us even calling Jas he showed up on his own with his crew to ensure the tent was secure and added more weights to be on the safe side. That is what I call above and beyond. Also, because i was holding 2 large events in the tent one day after another, the table linens ended up getting dirty the first night. I called and told him we got them dirty and actually need 25 more linens and without hesitation they were at my home within 30mins. I also used Jas's team for all the cutlery and dishes and clean up (which included 5 staff members) and they did a wonderful job. Again they went above and beyond and set up all my water bottles and presents for guests at all the tables. I highly recommend Jas to all my family and friends for their amazing prices, excellent quality and their above and beyond customer service. Thank you Jas for making my feel at ease during my wedding. You are absolutely wonderful!

It was a wonderful experience and a privilege to have Jas decorators do the decorations for my brother's 2 functions (i.e. Mehndi and Reception at Temple hall). Jas decorators are AWESOME. All my family, friends and relatives liked their amazing work. We loved the way how they decorated the hall on both our functions. It looked like a Bollywood celebrity wedding. Everything was done so neatly and with cleanliness. They are so professional and trustworthy. Their prices was also so good as compared to the market competitors. I will always recommend Jas rentals/decorators for any of your functions. I am so glad that Jas brother communicated so well about money, decoration, key drops and almost everything. Our wedding was first weekend of Sept 2015 and we went with them for decor, tent rental and DJ services. For us it was a one stop shop.Loved working with JAS and team. Very reasonable and affordable. They were flexible with last minute requests and very prompt in responding. We (bride and groom) did not have to be present at any of the setups and all setups were without incident. Jas was forthcoming and very helpful with Decor ideas but not pushy. He also gave us contacts for other vendors (which we didn't use) but again not pushy at all. Decor was exceptional!! Everyone was raving about it! DJ was great!! Tent set up and take down was hassle free. We had initially asked for 1 tent and on the day of set up requested another one including lighting and heater. All set ups went without a hitch. Would recommend them anytime.

Working with Jas & his team was such a great experience from beginning to end. Jas went out of his way to ensure I had my idea of perfect center pieces and all within my budget. The backdrop to our stage wowed all of our guests and everyone was so impressed with amount of detail. We are still getting compliments on this set up. THE WORST SERVICE. Most unprofessional individual I have come across in my life. For him a wedding is just a money making scheme, but he doesn't understand the importance of it for the bride and groom. He tells you he Is the cheapest in town, well that's because his quality of work is horrible. If you are a couple and don't want unnecessary drama or headache during your wedding, then please don't go with him. Also he didn't provide his services and KEPT OUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
