We booked Chelsea for our intimate Banff wedding after originally not planning to hire a planner. Steve and I were looking for someone who would handle our entire wedding day-of from set-up and decorating, to helping the day flow smoothly and on schedule, and to take-down so that I didn't need to involve my wedding guest and family with work that day. Chelsea came highly recommended, and after meeting her the first time, we knew would would book her for our special day. She was so kind, easy to talk to, professional, and of course organized. Chelsea not only set up our wedding as requested, but has a real eye for detail and style, so she went beyond just placing things where they were supposed to go, she made it absolutely beautiful and added extra touches wherever she could. The planning process was easy, only a couple meetings and a few e-mails back and forth, we trusted she had everything handled. The wedding day went perfectly, and we didn't run into any issues (that I am aware of), but if we had, I know Chelsea would have been on it immediately. The day ran completely on schedule with her assistance, and everything was cleaned up and organized by the time we were saying our goodbyes that evening, I didn't even notice her doing the take-down, it was just done! Additionally all our decor was put away perfectly, making our lives so much easier the next day. Aside from the work Chelsea did, she also always provided a great attitude, always smiling, and working so well with my vendors and family members who were around. I received lots of compliments on how nice she was and what a great job she did. I honestly could not have had the perfect wedding day we did with out Chelsea, and highly recommend Coco&Ash weddings. Chelsea was very easy to work with - we only had a few phone calls or emails to pass details off, and then Chelsea just ran with it from there. At the event, there were a few issues that arose (not enough dance floor space, and a dress malfunction) - and Chelsea immediately jumped in and solved both of those problems, guests would not have been the wiser that any issue occurred.
