I am truly surprised to see anything less than 5 stars for Universal decor. The decor is exceptional no matter what your budget and the service is fantastic. The girls are so creative, personable and most of all SO PROFESSIONAL which is a tough find when it comes to East Indian vendors. They are true to their word and contract. Negative online reviews are so deceiving no matter what the service so be sure to book a consultation before you make your decision. My sisters wedding was intimate, a small dreamy set up and exactly how she envisioned it thanks to Universal. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The enormous amount of bad reviews made my people that are irrelevant should not deter you from allowing Universal Decor to decorate your wedding. I know the owners of this company personally and they do everything by the book and contracts along with having the Universe full of decor to choose from.

Anum and Duri are amazing to work with. Our reception decor was stunning and the whole process was very smooth. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and we let them use their imagination when we couldn't make a decision and they didn't disappoint. Dealing with Duri and Anum from Universal Decor was an absolute nightmare. They are egotistical, arrogant and rude. Planning a large Indian wedding can be stressfuland if you are looking for vendors that are cooperative and will ease your stress DO NOT hire Universal Decor. Everytime any member of our family would try to communicate with Anum or Duri or ask questions they would yell and scream over the phone. They never answered any questions and would get defensive.

The best of the best in the industry. I've had the pleasure of working with these ladies for multiple events over the years and their hard work and work ethic has always blown me away. Their decor is outstanding and speaks for itself. Not to mention, how respectful and kind they are. My family felt so comfortable with their decision on booking Universal because the girls took such good care of us, taking matters on their own hands making everything just that much easier for us. Pictures might look nice, service is very far from nice. Unprofessional group to say the least. If your considering booking them probably a better idea not too as they will cancel and put your family in a very bad position. Overpriced and think they on a high horse in the wedding industr. Many many better more professional people in the industry then Universal Decor please dont book these people they will screw you over someway.

During our wedding planning, this was the one vendor we had no issues with at all and trusted completely. Anum and Duri went above and beyond what we ever expected. Not only was the décor absolutely beautiful, they stepped in for something our wedding planner should have been taking care of. We had no idea that we had a stage fiasco (missing stage), and they went out of their way to ensure it was taken care of without adding more stress to our plate. They tore down my relatives decor when the dancing commenced at the event without letting us know because they wanted to get a head start on the take-down! Also, we envisioned one thing in our meeting but completely gave us something else! I would recommend to use someone else. Also, they are very rude to deal with! Overpriced and way better companies out there now! These girls living in 2014 with old ideas.

I booked Universal for my pre wedding and reception decor. I sat down with Anum and Duri with nothing more than I want something fun for my pre wedding event and florals for my reception. I left it up to them to do whatever they wanted. I did not check back in after this sit down... I walked into my pre wedding event and my jaw dropped! I can't even begin to explain how beautiful the decor was.. I couldn't have asked for nicer decor and then came the reception.. once again leaving me speechless.. I can't thank these ladies enough for helping create my dream wedding and taking away a huge stress. Best in the business, without a doubt. We worked with Anum & Duri to create not one but two amazing events in 2018. We first worked on our outdoor engagement which had guests in shock as they walked into our backyard. And to think it was all booked and executed in a month's time. They are very responsive and always ensure they match what your vision is. Our next event was our reception which had over 1000 guests attend. The venue was unrecognizable. The only thing I had in mind was a color and with that they put the entire reception together and surpassed anything we could of every imagined. We still have family who attended the reception asking for pictures for inspiration and their contact information. Probably the easiest vendor i worked with when planning my wedding.

In one simple word of service these guys should be called GARBAGE. Cancelled the week of a wedding because they wanted the customer to feel the stress they went thru as one of the owners of this junk business said. Should be held accountable for such pathetic service they offer and banned from entering a banquet hall in the lower mainland. Dont book these people unless u want the worst headache. Wish I could rate a zero if possible.

Horrible experience dealing with them alongside my family! They will find a way to try to screw you over as all they care about is the money. They show you all these ideas in their office and just replicate the same decor for your event. They are misleading and unprofessional.

I never have to stress or worry with the Khan sisters. I usually tell them the theme or look I am going for and then leave the rest up to them and the end result has always been beyond beautiful and jaw dropping.
