When we started wedding planning, two major priorities was that we didn't want to be hands-on during the day-of, and that we didn't want to give our wedding party too many jobs. A friend of ours recommended Vinelli and power of threee for their day-of coordination services, and after reading their awesome reviews on Wedding Wire and a great initial meeting, we knew we wanted to work with Vinelli. That was probably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Vinelli is on the ball, infectiously positive, an overall badass. From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands. From month-out check-ins, vendor-wrangling, last minute projector screen purchases, there was never a moment that we were left hanging. Thanks to Vinelli, we were able to have a completely stress-free wedding day. She was able to handle all of our vendor communication, trouble shoot with our venue, keep us on schedule - and that let us to just enjoy and have fun! Bringing on Vinelli was such a good investment and if we didn't have her, we would have had a much different wedding experience. Multiple friends and family mentioned to us how impressed they were by Vinelli and her proactivity, and I would recommend Vinelli and the power of threee to anyone looking for help with their wedding planning!

As a couple, we are extremely logistically-oriented planners. We knew it was going to be difficult to find a DOC we could fully trust and we had interviewed a number of different people for the role. Hands down, Vinelli blew us away upon our first meeting. Not only was she super friendly and approachable, well-organized, and professional, she was the only DOC to confidently answer questions about how she would handle potentially difficult situations. She also had questions of her own that prompted us about things we hadn’t yet considered. Her experience as a DOC was evident and we hired her about a year before our wedding. Throughout the year, any time we had questions, Vinelli would have a resourceful answer/solution. She also checked in with us regularly. In the month leading up to our wedding, we met again and she took over communications with our vendors. On the day of the wedding, she diligently took care of our vendors, guests, schedule, decor, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Not once did we feel stressed or noticed that anything had gone awry; we were able to totally relax and enjoy the day with our guests. Vinelli was more expensive than the other DOCs we met with, but her services include multiple meetings, pre-planning work, rehearsal etc. Her extensive experience is also something to factor in. Hands down, she was the best money we spent and worth every penny.

We are forever grateful to have hired Vinelli as our wedding planner. I had a very rough idea of how I wanted our wedding to look like but in general I had no clue where to start. With only 2 months notice and the uncertainties that came with planning a small wedding during COVID, Vinelli kept us on track, on vision, and most important of all ensured we could celebrate in a safe way. She connected us with the BEST vendors in the Vancouver wedding industry and I really appreciated her expertise navigating vendor contracts and running us through detailed lists and timelines, making sure no detail was left behind. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes for any wedding no matter how big or small. Vinelli is an all-around genuine soul who will always hold your wedding vision and goals to heart and be a great confidante along the way. We are so glad we worked with Power of Threee to make our intimate wedding day a reality!

I would not have been able to pull together my wedding without the help of Vinelli and Kim from Power of Threee. We originally had a destination wedding planned and had to cancel it due to the pandemic. I was so disappointed, but Vinelli helped me plan a small local wedding and made the whole process so easy on me. She answered my millions of questions and always had amazing suggestions. I knew nothing about weddings and she helped me through every step along the way. The COVID-19 restrictions and regulations were constantly changing, and Vinelli made sure I understood the regulations and that my wedding followed all the current rules. Having the experience and connections of a wedding planner made everything run so smoothly. I rented all of my décor from Power of Threee (besides a few DIY décor items I made) – they had everything I wanted, and such beautiful choices. Kim did the wedding day setup, including my DIY décor, and did such an amazing job. The décor and table settings looked so gorgeous; I was so happy with how well she got my “vibe”. It was the wedding of my dreams! Vinelli was my day of coordinator. If you are debating whether or not you need a DOC – all I can say is DO IT! She ensured the day went exactly to plan, and whenever there was an issue she took charge and handled it perfectly. It was so nice to be stress-free and enjoy the big day, knowing that I had her there. She reminded me to eat, helped me with my dress, rounded up the wedding party on multiple occasions, and directed everyone to make sure they were where they need to be. You can put your full trust in her – because of Vinelli, my wedding day was so perfect and magical despite it being a pandemic wedding. Full disclosure: she was the best planner and DOC ever, but also one of my best friends and bridesmaids! Kim and Vinelli did the tear-down at the end of the night. They made the entire process so smooth and seamless. I am so thankful for all their help and expertise!

Vinelli is fricken amazing and that's the understatement of the century! She helped us prioritize which tasks we should focus on and connected us with amazing vendors. She was really easy to communicate with and always answered our questions in a timely manner. She has such a contagious personality that we were super excited about the wedding and did not feel worried about our wedding day at all because we trusted her completely. She created the rustic laid-back environment that we asked for but went above and beyond our expectations. She also went with the flow of all the last-minute ideas that my fiancé threw at us which was a plus. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. If you decided you wanted chair covers less than 24 hours before your wedding, Vinelli is the one to go figure it out! Her vendor recommendations are fantastic and helped save us a lot of money for our wedding. She gives great recommendations, her and her sister, Sammie Jo (our DoC) helped solve fires that we weren’t aware of and Kim’s decor skills are A+++!

She was very professional and so much fun to work with . Every concern we had she took care of it , every detail we had envisioned Vinelli and her team brought it to life perfectly . We could not have been more pleased with the help we got from Power of Threee to help with our wedding planning and day-of coordination. The professionalism and organization was shown right from the start with in-person meetings where they got to know us as a couple. Everything was well organized in easy to follow spreadsheets that you could both update. You could tell right away that they have seen hundreds, probably thousands of weddings and were able to steer you away from common problems or suggest ideas that you would have never thought of. They make sure that you have thought of small details to make the day run smoothly and so that you can enjoy it yourself and they will keep checking in with you to see how things are going. This is great for accountability in case you are procrastinating, since lets be honest most of us are completely new to this and might not necessarily enjoy every aspect of planning a wedding, so hire an expert! The days following my wife and I were chatting and we couldn't believe how smooth the wedding day was. There was 'not a single issue' we thought. Sure enough once you debrief, you don't realize some of the things that happened that you were simply unaware of. They take full responsibility to fix problems, and will only let you know if it is absolutely necessary. They made decisions for us that ended up being exactly what we would have wanted, so that they wouldn't have to bother us during our big day. I cant imagine if I had to have dealt with some of these small problems throughout the entire day. We hired Vinelli from Power of Three over two years ago. A year of planning later we had to cancel our wedding due to covid. This year was not any easier, restrictions continued to change, and we were faced with having to plan certain things last minute since restrictions lifted. Vinelli was AMAZING. She was so professional, kind, and really helped us navigate planning our wedding to the final details. I only have nice things to say about her. We decided to get married during the pandemic. And thank goodness a work colleague referred us to Vinelli and The Power of Three. She was amazing. Like seriously A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I’ll tell you more about that in a bit. So I’ve talked to about three different wedding coordinators and planners. And I guess the third try was a charm! You see what I did there? The third, the three, no pun intended but it was meant to be! Right away Vinelli dived into the wedding details and she didn’t even stress me out (even with the tiniest details). And asked me what my vision for the wedding was. Needless to say, I love how she was professional and so approachable. She made me feel so confident about having a wedding during the pandemic! PSA: Vinelli is your girl! She is the queen of details, organization, and hype energy. From postponing our wedding, we had more time to plan/DIY and almost decided to not have a wedding coordinator. We are SO GLAD we didn't. After an intimate zoom call, we made it official with Vinelli (Power of Threee) for the Michelle package (Day of Planning). During the check-in meetings, Vinelli helped us stay on track with our to-dos and offered a lot of food for thought - she knows her weddings! She took initiative to ask questions, clarify, and reach out to our other vendors so that we were on schedule. For those considering Brix & Mortar as a wedding venue, Vinelli is their preferred wedding coordinator - she knows the staff and the venue like the back of her hand! On the wedding day, Vinelli played a pivotal role in so many ways. She helped pick up our wedding cake, assisted with the gorgeous set up for our ceremony/guest table/tables, helped our guests navigate their way, and acted as our DJ (we used our Spotify playlists). She also checked in often with us to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. Vinelli was like a reliable ninja who worked her magic in the background. At the end of the night, Vinelli made sure we were taken care of/had all our things before saying good bye. Thanks to Vinelli, we actually enjoyed our rainy September wedding. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was working with Vinelli. She did so much more than just being a DOC - the value and professionalism she brought forth is ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did I notice this, but my now-husband (who at first was skeptical as we were trying to keep cost down and my venue came with a "day-of coordinator") as well as my bridal party all agreed that having Vinelli there was money well, well, well spent. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was extremely tricky and added an extra level of stress. Vinelli took that stress away from us, she made sure that we were kept up-to-date with the constantly changing restrictions which allowed to us to make changes when needed so that we could celebrate safely. She caught details (even the minute ones), that I completely missed! She contacted my vendors ahead of the event to make sure that everyone was on the same page and made sure that the decorations I asked for from my decor vendor were all there on the day-of and in places where I wanted them to go. The small personal touches she added is what stood out the most: the message I received the morning-of reminding me to breathe and to pause; and to reflect and draw inspiration from those that mattered most. Vinelli was not only MY advocate throughout this process, but she also became my now-husband’s advocate. Her vision and care extends beyond “the bride” – this, is what sets her apart. We had the pleasure of working with Vinelli as our day of coordinator and we are so grateful to have had her with us on our wedding day. Because of the restrictions, we only had our immediate family and our vendors helping us on our day. Vinelli played a huge role in making sure everything that needed to be done was carried out perfectly. Planning this wedding during a pandemic was super stressful. Vinelli was always there as moral support and reassured us that everything was going to be ok (in her words “I got you gurl!!”).
