Professional, creative, incredibly detail-oriented, client focused, fun to work with and so talented at executing an event flawlessly (or if there were any flaws I didn't know about it which is always appreciated when you're hosting something!). Jessica and her team have been doing this long enough to have great relationships with many of the top vendors in the Lower Mainland so they were able to recommend people who had a similar vision and fit our budget. Jessica planned my wedding and her and Margot produced an event for my organization Raw Beauty Talks this summer. You can tell they just really love doing what they do. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are also two of the most wonderful people we met during this process. We hired them for month-of wedding wedding coordination, and it was definitely the best decision we made. Our wedding was just this past weekend, and I can't tell you the number of people that came up to my husband and I to tell us how wonderful they were. I'm a fairly organized person, and I have trouble giving up control, but I didn't even hesitate once in passing things over to Nicola and Jessica. I didn't have to think about a single thing on my wedding day, and that's the best gift I could have asked for. Nicola was so dang efficient and on the ball. We set our date and my hunt for a wedding coordinator began. I knew exactly what I was looking for, someone who was organized, professional, punctual and someone I could trust to help me carry out every little detail I’ve carefully planned out for my dream wedding. I scoured the internet, inquired at a few places and a certain name kept popping up. I read many and really good reviews about Nicola P. I inquired through the PPE website and by some miracle, we were assigned to her. We had our first meeting with Nicola. We enjoyed our meeting with her, I really liked her energy and demeanor. I remember that as soon as the phone call finished, I turned to my (now husband) and said, “Yes! I need her.” Nicola is very professional, she has a very calm energy (which I really needed!!) but she means business! And I really liked that. She was available to answer questions in the months leading up to the wedding. She fully took over the month-of, she spoke and communicated to the vendors on my behalf, helping ease the stress off of me. The day of our wedding was ABSOLUTELY seamless and smooth. It was flawless. I remember an almost hiccup happened where my mom and stepdad were nowhere to be found as the walk down the aisle was minutes from starting and we saw Nicola running frantically around our venue looking for them, and I remember my bridal party and myself asking if everything was ok and she said “YEP YEP everything’s fine don’t worry!” with the most calm voice whilst she was huffing from all the running she was doing (haha). She found them just in time! Everything was fine. She did plenty of check-ins at the right moments and gentle reminders. She even found the bracelet my uncle lost during our cocktail hour! I am incredibly happy that we had the opportunity to have Nicola as our wedding coordinator. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding completely with no worries. She took care of everything behind the scenes and everything fell into place at the right time. Her reviews ere bang on, she did an absolutely fantastic job. She helped make my small fairytale wedding come true.

Gordon was the sweetest and went the extra mile to deliver, he even gave all the parents a break by taking the kids and handling the s’mores station. Definitely a highlight for our little people. Thanks to Petite Pearl Events, we actually had an element of surprise being completely hands off the set up. I was the happiest bride walking around and seeing everything come together. We were able to have the total guest experience at our own wedding - we enjoyed the cocktail hour, ate all the delicious food, danced our butts off and were completely present with each other on the biggest celebration of our lives. If you want to have an intimate and memorable wedding experience for you AND your guests your in amazing hands with PPE!

We live in Los Angeles and wanted to travel up with 63 of our closest friends and family and have a winter wonderland wedding in Vancouver. The flowers! I never imagined something so beautiful! She executed all of our funky asks like a custom made selfie station (breathtaking), a signature bar, and a night time sparkler shoot plus candlelight romantic photos after the ceremony on the dock. How do I even put into words how amazing our experience with Petite Pearl. Jessica was the lead "month of coordinator" for our wedding and she did such a perfect job. She is truly an expert. She knew all the right questions to ask and knows exactly when to ask them to help keep us on track. She is honest and helped us make quick decisions about what we actually needed during our wedding. She never pressured us, was completely on board with our wants and ideas, but was also realistic about what it actually takes to put a wedding together. She has a wonderful and creative eye and knew exactly what to do to make things look perfect! We had quite a few things go wrong with our dinner and we didn't know a thing until we debriefed with her a couple days later and none of our guests had any idea either. Our location required a Day of Coordinator. After doing some research, PPE seemed to be the best fit for us. We were paired up with Nicola and decided to do the month of coordination as we were planning a wedding 3 provinces away. We found out after that family worked with Nicola last year and they said "[She/PPE] was the best money we spent, but no pressure". I could not agree more with their statement as Nicola is AMAZING! She is truly a gem and wonderful at what she does. She had all the little details covered and took away the normal stresses of planning a wedding completely. Add on the endless changes of planning a wedding during Covid - which honestly, Nicola's support/positivity was much appreciated when I was questioning if a wedding was even possible. I could go on and on about Nicola and why she is an asset and an absolute must. If you're on the fence about a day of/mouth out coordinator, do it. And ask for Nicola. Jessica and the entire Petite Pearl Events' team went so far beyond expectations for our wedding that we're going to commission a Netflix miniseries about how incredible the whole experience was, and have David Attenborough narrate the whole thing!! Seriously though, our friends and family are still raving about the beautiful decore, the seemless flow of the whole day, and how carefree and comfortable we both were with such a huge event! We owe it all to Jess and the entire PPE team. We opted for the Month & Day-of planning with Event Design for our 170 person wedding at the Stanley Park Pavilion, and for us it was a life saver! From our our very first meeting with Jess we knew we were in good hands. She was well prepared, organized, very attentive, and never afraid of having a laugh (especially when speaking frankly about the many difficulties of planning a wedding!). After the initial meeting she was always quick to answer our questions, and did a great job managing expecations when it might take a bit longer to reply. Most importantly, Jess wasn't afraid of giving her honest input, being open to new suggestions, and ultimately running full steam ahead with our final decisions. This really made us feel like we were still in the driver's seat, just with a fantastic navigator. PPE kept checking in with us before the one-month mark to make sure we had made our key decisions, just to make sure there were no last minute surprises-or at least very few. In organizing our vendors, PPE's industry contacts ran deep, and Jess's logistical prowess was always self-evident. We would have been a wreck if we didn't have their help! Our advice: If you have more than 3 vendors for your wedding, do yourself a favor and hire these pros, you will thank us later! As far as we know there were zero problems on our wedding day, and if there was the PPE team solved it without any of our guests hearing a peep. When designing the decor, Jess absolutely nailed the look and feel we wanted. And from what we've seen of their other events, it was no cookie-cutter affair; everything was done to complement our style. It was clear to us that fostering conversation and easy guest-flow was a top priority for PPE, and it was beautifully executed. There was always a spot for guests to gather, have a seat, and easily converse. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to (even the married couples!). Our wedding was the most incredible day of both of our lives, hands down. We had so much fun, and are so thrilled with how it turned out, and we both feel it is due in large part to Jessica and the incredible team at Petite Pearl Events. Thank you thank you thank you!

Margot from Petite Pearl Events in the UK helped us with our IRISH CASTLE wedding!! It was so magical - she made it so EASY. I felt like I was an attendee of my own party instead of knowing all the stress or juggling involved to get things ready. She helped us through every step - her decor and team was amazing, so amazing I’m attempting to apply their decor in part of my home in Canada... IT WAS STUNNING! Every detail was taken care of both before and after the wedding and Gordon absolutely went above and beyond to help us in so many ways - big and small. From magically producing a bandaid for my blistered toe to renting a van to help us with transport, he was like a wedding fairy godmother. Honestly, having the PPE team to coordinate our day was invaluable. We do have one regret when it comes to hiring Petite Pearl... and its not hiring them for the Full Planning to begin with. We thought we had all of our ducks in a row (except for executing the plan) but we ended up being asked questions by them we never even realized we had, were guided by them with their expertise of how certain things could be better and frankly - our day would undoubtedly have not been anywhere near as amazing without them by our sides for the month leading up to and including our special day. The moment they became members of our team, our stress meters were closer to zero than we could have ever imagined them being at a time like that and what came as no surprise - everything about our day went perfectly (except that part where one of the groomsmen’s pants split open - but of course they had a needle and thread on hand to solve that problem too!) We are eternally grateful to have had Nicola/Jessica/Petite Pearl as a part of our love story and I will forever highly recommend their team, no hesitation, to anyone looking for the best and most passionate event planners in Greater Vancouver (and beyond!)

We engaged Petite Pearl Events with Marcie as our lead planner and designer for Month-of Coordination and Event Design Services for our wedding in October 2021. How can I even begin to describe how amazing Marcie and the Petite Pearl team were? For our event design services, Marcie took some scattered ideas we had on Pinterest and turned our venue of Dusty’s Whistler into the most romantic, cozy, mountain lodge that had a sophisticated yet boho-chic feel to it all. I don’t know how she managed this, but the decor all the way from the plates to the furniture to the arrangements - everything was beautiful and perfect. She also worked closely with our florist to communicate the vision and colours we wanted which resulted in beautiful creations. For our month-of coordination services, Marcie really went above and beyond here. The 60 days before our wedding, covid restrictions were constantly changing, even including up to the day of the wedding, which required us to have many plans and contingencies in place. Marcie was extremely organized and excellent with communication. She worked directly with all of our vendors to navigate almost daily changes, and helped us be ready for just about anything the day threw at us. She also helped make sure we thought about absolutely everything and plan for everything, so that we felt prepared leading up to and could relax on the day of. Marcie made our whole wedding experience a dream. Now we want to have another just to work with her again! Lastly, the Petite Pearl team was wonderful to work with. They don’t bring just anyone along to assist with events on the day of, they bring their other designers and planners. This really helped us feel like everything was absolutely perfect and there was nothing for us to worry about with such an experienced team on site for us during the day.
