Morgan helped me plan and execute my forest wedding for June 2018, and I can honestly say it was a dream. I am a type A person – I’m particular about aesthetics, I need a well organized plan, and I expect clear and transparent communication when I’m working with someone on a project. Morgan delivered on all this and more – patient, understanding, and incredibly capable. She has a phenomenal eye for detail, amazing taste and creativity -- I always knew I could trust her opinions and ideas. Her records are thorough, she is driven and dependable. Even when things got challenging, Morgan’s excellent sense of humor and her warmth kept the process entertaining and enjoyable. She excels at proactively problem-solving potential stumbling blocks -- whenever there was a hitch in the plan, I knew Morgan already had plans B through F lined up and ready to go. And holy cow, can this lady keep a cool head in a crisis! The morning of my wedding we woke up to a power outage (!!) – I didn’t bother panicking, because there was no doubt in my mind that Morgan would figure out a contingency and nothing would get missed. The day felt so smooth, so effortless, that even my guests commented on what a beautiful and well-run event it was. During our thank yous, Morgan received as standing ovation from our guests (no joke), and I promise you it was beyond well deserved. If you're thinking about a wedding planner, and I highly recommend you do, Morgan is the woman for you.

From the moment we sat down with Morgan at our consultation, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. She made us feel so comfortable, let us ask as many questions as we needed and pointed things out that we had never even thought about without making us feel ignorant. Even though she was technically only our month of coordinator, she gave us advice throughout the whole planning process about vendors, budgeting and more. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was stress-free and reflective of who we are as a couple. On the actual day of the wedding, she was our hero. Any bump in the road was easily paved by Morgan's expertise, assertive but subtle approach and passion for her work. We cannot recommend Morgan enough!

We could not have been happier with our decision to hire Morgan as our wedding planner. Getting married in 2020 was a rollercoaster made tolerable by Morgan's professionalism, responsiveness, creativity, grace, and determination. Morgan had already helped us book our 130 person dream wedding in Whistler when COVID struck in March. As we considered what to do under these strange circumstances (what were our options!?!?) Morgan remained calm, clearly communicated our options, and was doggedly determined as she sorted out a new, COVID-viable wedding plan for us. With professional experience as a florist and catering manager, Morgan knows these aspects of her business inside and out. She's got a great eye for design and aesthetics. She helped us understand where to spend and where to save, and was game to work within our budget with really awesome results. We can not recommend her enough. Morgan pulled off a wedding for us in 2020 that was not only save and observant of COVID protocols, but that was as beautiful and well-executed as we could have dreamed under any circumstances.

Morgan & Vine helped make our wedding the most amazing day! We got married in May 2019 in Vancouver and had multiple attendees tell us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to (we agree)! Morgan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and communication were first-rate. Morgan has a keen design sense, and she has connections with all the best vendors in town (for example, she helped us with flowers, catering, band, decor, tents). She also dealt with the venue staff which was a huge load off. We felt confident in her preparation and it made the whole experience less stressful. Our day went off without a hitch! Morgan is an absolute star! She was such a pleasure to work with and without her we couldn't have had such a stress free day. We hired Morgan in 2019 prior to the pandemic and I was beyond impressed with how she handled the challenges thrown her way. Our wedding guest count fluctuated multiple times, we had to find alternative venue options in the case that the restrictions didn't lift, and I was a stress case - Morgan handled it with composure, confidence and kindness that made a difficult process significantly easier. We brought on Morgan for our theme planning, table design and decor. As someone who knows what I like but zero idea on how to bring it together, this was a massive value add. Everything turned out beautifully and giving Morgan full control was one of the best decisions I've made from the planning side. Morgan had a fantastic knowledge of vendors and the area in both Pemberton and Vancouver. All that she brought on were easy to work with and great recommendations. The day of we dealt with a heat wave, flash flood, and of course covid. Morgan made sure our guests were comfortable and nothing stressful came to Peter or I to keep us focused on just enjoying the day. She worked so incredibly hard throughout the weekend and went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. If you are planning your wedding I highly recommend Morgan. Highly recommend Morgan and Vine Events!! We started working with Morgan before the pandemic and she was very helpful and supportive as we changed the date and whole set up for the wedding which ended up being a smaller event at a private property. We signed on for the month of coordination, and Morgan was superb in making sure that we had everything set in place and ready for the day. She gave great advice during the planning, and quickly responded to any rental missteps on our part, like ordering and driving to pick up extra dance flooring, and made sure that nothing was missed in the lead-up to the main event. On the day I don't know how she and her assistant did it. They set up everything perfectly on a hot day, managing everything and keeping us and our family on time. Her eye for detail meant that the overall design was fantastic (table layout, decor etc) and it felt like she really understood our 'vision' for the day. She elevated our backyard wedding to be both polished yet cozy. For any couples who are waffling on whether you need a coordinator for a smaller (40 ppl) event at a private property, the answer is YES and FOR SURE choose Morgan. There are so many little details to the day you don't realize, and due to Morgan's skills and hard work, we and our friends and family could simply enjoy the day and not worry about anything.
