Michelle is not just a planer; she is also a good friend that you can trust! Our wedding last week was the second time we work with her – the first time was our engagement/signing ceremony. Both of our two events were beyond perfect! I am a pretty organized person; so I wasn’t really want any wedding planer at the very beginning. Luckily, I still decided to hire Michelle and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made! Michelle speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin; she also understands and respects the cultural difference of her clients from different background. She is also very patient, as I’ve changed a lot of things back and forth. On our wedding date, she handled everything in a calm and professional manner. We had a lot of recommendations from friends and relatives but knowing Michelle Chan‘s expertise in this field we didn’t hesitate to go with her. Michelle is a master at her practice, from her helpful advise and recommendations, detailed and perfect timeline our wedding was stress free and went by minute by minute without any issue. A wedding is one of the most memorable days for any couple. Michelle, is arguably one of the best Vancouver wedding coordinator that made our wedding a worry free and unforgettable one. Months before the big day, I met her via a decor company, very quickly I noticed she is very meticulous with details, organized, super easy to talk to. I didn’t think I would need a coordinator as I knew what I wanted and already completed 70% of the wedding. Little did I know about wedding coordinating, I did not question or second interview anyone else, but hire Michelle. She is like more than I can ever imagined, she is magical! She helped me so much and exceeded our expectation as a coordinator. Her hard work and dedication to professionism are second to none. Alongside to Michelle, her partner Jenny who was also phenomenal with helping us during the door games and ceremony, they both are so funny! Michelle ensures that every detail is realized, as planned. Directing the pace of the reception, signaling the secret performance and our first dance were just the beginnings. I remember the moments I was in tears when Michelle brought me water during photo time, checked up on me in changing room, helped me with long dress when I went up for food, were priceless and came from her kindest ❤️ heart. She completed my days and I am so thankful for her. Her role did not ended there, months before the wedding date she followed up with me to ensure all tasks were checked off, and on the wedding day, she and Jenny did not leave until wedding gifts are loaded onto the assigned vehicle, and made sure we were all content. Husband and I are so grateful to meet such a kind person in our life. We cannot say more good things about her, if you ever in doubt if you need a Michelle in your life, I would say – you can’t go wrong with this Michelle!

What an amazing job Michelle did for our wedding! Everything was coordinated perfectly and always being on top of the items we needed to get done. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t need to worry about any of the vendors or decor. Michelle and her team really went above and beyond our expectations. Always being able to reach her and having her respond in a timely matter let us know she treated us like the only couple she was managing even though she was super busy in the middle of May. Everyone loved and had fun at the wedding. We couldn’t of been happier to have her be a part of the wedding and making it better than we could ofever done by ourselves. Thank you!

She is so patient and conscientious to work on our wedding and answer all our questions. She was working very hard to confirm every single detail of the ceremony, wedding favours, my dress, my makeup, decoration, cakes and dessert, seating chart, and etc. She even helped me to follow up my bills with Terminal City Club after my wedding. From the engagement to the wedding day, Michelle has been by our side during the entire 18 months. She was a professional wedding planner that provided us with expert advice and timeline to follow. I am a pretty hands on bride, and Michelle knows exactly when to let me be on my own and do my own things, and when to provide support and guidance. She was also a great friend during the planning process, who went wedding dress shopping with me and drown in the Pinterest world with me. There were so many little details in planning a wedding, and we would’ve been so overwhelmed and lost if we didn’t have Michelle’s help. She provided professional service that was truly tailored towards the bride and the groom, which made it a very personal and pleasing experience. I think most of you would facing the same challenge, you want to have the best wedding that you possibly could, but the reality is you will face a lot of problems and challenges.For example,where should I start? What’s my schedule and deadline look like? Which and which vendor can provide me the best solution ? What kind of service I need ? We face all this problems when we start to setup our wedding as well. We struggle,lost,don’t have direction. Until we have Met Michelle, she did an excellent job on founding multiple solutions to solve problems for the client.Very Organized, efficient and committed on her work. After we have spoke she created a very detail timeline from start to the day of make sure everything is on track. Michelle is amazing at what she does! I can not fault her in any way. She was the best decision we made and worth every penny. Michelle and her team gave us a seamless wedding experience. She hit every note, even specifics such as starting the ceremony, reception, speeches to the minuet. Her team was equally great, very professional and always there to help. Initially we were going to use her day of services, but in hindsight, thank god we got the full package. There was sooo much work that we did not anticipate. Every detail, from the correspondence to the day of organization was seamless. Our wedding wouldn’t have happened as flawlessly as it did without Michelle’s help and guidance throughout the entire planning process! Up until the very last minute of our wedding, Michelle and her team were there for us, making sure all of our items were packed and didn’t get left behind at the end of the night. In the months leading up to the wedding, Michelle was very organized and kept us on track at each of our meetings. Where do we even start? Michelle is literally an ANGEL. She has good vibes and an amazing positive attitude. I had anxiety about my wedding for months, but once I hired Michelle, I felt so relieved and was able to have a magical stress free day. We had the most memorable, fun and heartwarming wedding and it is directly as a result of Michelle and her team. She made our wedding a night to remember. She has an amazing soul and is so professional, understanding, patient and organized. Michelle is the BEST!! She is not only amazing at what she does, she truly is a great person and truly cares for her clients as a friend would. Michelle and her team provided us the BEST wedding experience EVER. She exceeded ALL expectations and even dealt with issues that arose, including wedding crashers, slight drizzle and unexpected situations that arose. If she were not present, especially for the wedding crasher situation, it definitely would have put a damper on the wedding. When I was in tears, Michelle and her team brought me water and calmed me in a gentle fashion so I was able to continue the day happily. Michelle’s team, Ino and Jenny were equally responsive and accommodating to last minute changes. We moved up our ceremony time due to rain and that went amazing. We also moved up our dinner time and everything worked so well as her team was able to communicate and move things along. Not only did Michelle and her team handled all unexpected issues in a professional manner, she kept the wedding schedule going to a tee. Every event was timed perfectly and she provided seamless set up and provided each speaker with advanced notice of their time. Michelle also speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin and that was particularly important as my father and husband’s family speaks Cantonese, including two grandmothers. This allowed wedding rehearsal and the wedding day itself to go so smooth as she was able to communicate to all of our guests. She also understood the different cultural aspects of weddings, including the tea ceremony nuances, which was important as my husband and I were unsure of the exact customary proceedings. Ino was my bridal assistant was also amazing and appreciated. She did more ‘maid of honour’ duties than just as a bridal assistant. She was SO attentive to my needs - carrying my heels and flip flops around during the first look shoot, and whenever I needed water or anything, she would literally run to help. She also carried my backpack around and kept me calm when I had meltdowns. She was the only person who helped me use the washroom multiple times, happily and with a great attitude. During the months leading up to the wedding, Michelle happily and patiently checked in on us and changed the schedule a million of times when I asked for changes and she never made me feel bad for doing that. She even followed up with all of our vendors to confirm their schedules. Michelle helped us have a worry free day from start 9 am to finish at 12 am. Michelle and her team even helped us pack up everything including the cake, at the end of the night so we could just get in the limo, worry free. Our parents and numerous elders event commented on how exceptional Michelle and her team were! At least 20 people, including elders, commented on how “organized”, “seamless” our wedding was and many even commented that in their experience, it was “the best wedding” they ever attended (and they’ve been to a LOT of weddings). Even though she had back to back weddings, our wedding month, she never made us feel like it. We always felt full attention on us, she was responsive at everything. All I can say is, Michelle and her team are worth every penny and more. We are SO BLESSED to have hired and met Michelle.
Michelle was a real treat to work with for our wedding. She was professional, courteous, and really listened to your needs. It was like having a best friend work with you on your wedding which resulted in the whole wedding planning to wedding day experience to be pain free. We work 5 days a week, and having her there really off-loads the majority of stress and responsibilities that come with a wedding. The wedding ceremony and reception could not have run any smoother. We had many guests come back to me after the wedding reception to tell me how great Michelle and team was. It speaks loudly to the positive impact Michelle and her team has made to the wedding when even our guests take notice. Michelle and her team, Jenny and Lisa, went above and beyond for our wedding. In the months leading up to the wedding, Michelle was always available to provide advice and suggestions. Michelle also created a very detailed timeline for the bridal party and emcees. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and her team did everything they could to make sure I had a stress-free day. When a guest knocked over a centerpiece and two guests became disruptive, Michelle and her team were very quick to fix the decor and escort the guests out. To say Michelle was on top of her game for our wedding is an understatement. She was very organize, responsive, professonal and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her coordination with our photographer team, the photobooth operator, DJ, ceremony venue and the restaurant was beyond outstanding. Everything was arranged and moved along so sequentially smooth that my wife and I felt no stress at all. Even leading up to our big day, Michelle held periodic conference calls with us to make sure that we were on the right track. In addition, she is very knowledgeable about almost anything relating to a wedding. Need help in choosing favours, decoration ideas or anything wedding-related, feel free to shoot her a message and she will most likely be able to give you some suggestions or recommendations. Initially, I was just like anyone else and did not think a wedding planner was necessary. However, just based on how great the wedding turned out to be, I am sure glad that we hired Michelle. She will certainly see and catch a lot of things that you will most likely overlook or miss. PS. You wouldn't buy a house without a professional real estate agent right? Why would you do a wedding without a professional planner? These are both equally huge phases and steps in your life.

Ahhh! I cannot thank Michelle enough for providing such exceptional service. She was my Day of Coordinator for my wedding but provided beyond that. Months prior to my wedding, she was already in contact with me to help me prepare for my wedding. She worked with me to come up with a check list of things that needed to be done (trust me, this was so helpful especially since I had a 500+ people wedding). She was always available to answer any questions and concerns I had, even panic attacks that occurred at 12am. On the day of the wedding, Michelle ensured that everything ran according to plan and schedule. The wedding was completely flawless! From what I saw, Michelle seems to already have an amazing relationship with many of the vendors (I would def say this is an advantage!). As a full-time working bride with an extremely hectic schedule I was trying to juggle work meetings, travel for work, all while trying to plan a four-day destination wedding in three months. It seemed impossible for me to be able to plan the details I dreamt of in such a short time frame. I wanted to enjoy the wedding festivities, the most common advice I would receive from my friends was to just relax and to “enjoy the day”. Although I would have loved that, I wondered how I would do that while ensuring that everything was running smoothly. I knew that I needed some help to coordinate my vision for our wedding day into a reality. It really did not seem possible, and so my husband and I decided that hiring a wedding planner would be the best for us. In my first interaction with Michelle, I immediately felt a connection. She was very polite, thorough, and offered a lot of great tips. She asked a lot of great questions to expand her knowledge about our Pakistani wedding. It was extremely impressive that she came to our first meeting having researched some common terms and background about the culture. People asked me how it would be possible for someone outside of the South Asian culture to coordinate all these events never have experienced it. I knew if I could provide Michelle with the background and cultural details, she would be able to, she is extremely attentive and listens so well. The planning process was impeccable, Michelle managed all three of our events, worked with multiple vendors and coordinated an extremely detailed schedule down to the minute, I loved this! Michelle really thought of every single detail we would need to make our wedding run smoothly. She worked with us to come up with schedules for the wedding party that were so well coordinated and easy for all to understand. Michelle is very personable, and she constantly proved her dedication through numerous emails, phone and text correspondence with myself and my other vendors. We were so grateful to be able to brainstorm with Michelle throughout the planning phases, all the way through to the final event. Michelle met with me prior to the wedding with her partner Lisa to review all the logistics and ensure all the details were as we discussed. We were able to meet with vendors and review the final logistics. During all the events, Michelle and her team were so well organized and extremely coordinated. On the wedding day, there were a couple wedding assistants while getting ready at my place and a couple at my husband’s place to help coordinate pictures. The staff were great! They were also able to manage multiple vendors and seat the guests in a very timely manner, the evets flowed so well. Nancy and Eno, my bridal assistants, were absolutely a delight to work with. They always made sure I had a bite to eat and had everything I needed. They would check on me constantly. Given that my outfit was extremely heavy to walk in this made it so much easier to have this added support. Lisa and Michelle exhibited great leadership qualities and are really able to facilitate a small team to ensure everything is managed well. They even fixed the rip in my husband’s pants, minutes before walking into the reception hall. All the staff members they had on site were extremely helpful and friendly. All guests raved about how great their team was and how well the festivities were coordinated. If you are looking for an extremely diligent, organized, and professional wedding planner who is truly passionate for what she does, then I would strongly recommend Michelle at Eternity Moments Wedding. Words cannot express our appreciation; she was an absolute joy to work with and made the whole planning experience fun. If I could give 10 stars I would. I don't even know if this review will even be enough to show how much I appreciated having Michelle, and how much I recommend Michelle. She was our wedding planner and I'm so glad that we found her. From the beginning even before we decided to go with Eternity Moments, Michelle was so informative, professional and accommodating. I felt an instant connection with her and never regretted a moment. Michelle is very knowledgeable and was able to provide my husband and I all the information we needed. For example wedding dress shopping - she gave me lists of shop names and set up appointments for the wedding shops I decided to try. She provided a variety of shops from bigger retail to smaller boutique. She did this with every vendor that we needed. Anything that we wanted to find out more about the vendor, she would help reach out to them and she did so quickly and promptly. She never delayed. She always treated us like we were her only clients. Our wedding planning was greatly disrupted and effected by the global pandemic. All throughout the pandemic, Michelle made sure to touch base with us and keep us in the loop about what the government was doing in terms of restrictions, closures etc. She always had options and plans to provide for us after each new update regarding the pandemic and any restrictions there were. Unfortunately we didn't end up having a wedding. We decided to cancel our wedding all together. The uncertainty, delaying because of restriction and other things in life became a deciding factor in us choosing to cancel all plans and just have a civil ceremony. That being said, Michelle still offered to help with the civil ceremony or anything else we may have needed. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. If in the future we decide to have a vow renewal or reception, I will definitely hire Michelle again. No doubt about it.
Michelle and her team are amazing! We hired Michelle to be our day-of-coordinator and from day 1, she was very organized and super responsive. She was quick to reply to all of our questions and was very accommodating to last minute changes as well.
