They are doing the decorating for my wedding. They are so easy and fun to deal with as well as being affordable. They work closely with our venue (The Polish Hall) on Fairview street...also a great venue! Overall I would recommend them if you are planning a wedding or function.

We are so glad we chose With All My Heart for our wedding! We had the pleasure of working with Nicole who was super patient and let us try out different materials and colour schemes for our guest tables, head table and receiving tables. The variety of vases, candelabras and money boxes was astounding. They went above and beyond to make sure we loved everything that would be part of our special day. Highly recommended!

Our guests were very complimentary about the decor and we had a large number of comments on the beauty of our set-up. It was elegant, perfectly set up and exactly what we had asked for. The navy table runners, napkins, and sequin table cloth we rented for our wedding absolutely completed our desired wedding look. Staff always responded to my emails promptly and explained every aspect of the pick up, use, and return of the rental linens. Terrible experience with this company. Did not understand and listen to what was wanted for the wedding. Very unresponsive, took weeks to respond to emails. Phone as never monitored. Went in for a quote and it took weeks to receive the quote back. Went in for a scheduled appointment which ended up being late because the door was locked, no one answered the phone or emails. Was waiting outside for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment. Had to move wedding date due to Covid. They were made aware and they had the incorrect wedding date in their calendar, went in for a new quote as some changes were made, again, took weeks for a response. Felt very uneasy that they would not deliver and come through on the day of the wedding. Very limited supply and tacky looking décor. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would. Very unorganized, expensive for what you get and unreliable. Every time we spoke to them they didn't have the correct date, was always confused and did not make us feel like we would receive what we ordered on time or even on correct date. Terrible experience.

Poor Business Practice After signing the contract and providing the 50% deposit as required, I got a phone call and an email indicating that they made a mistake on pricing. They offered to charge me $0.50 less than the correct price on chairs and $2.00 less on the table linens that I might need. It’s not my responsibility to fix their error. The shortfall should have been covered on their behalf. I’ve asked if they can honour the initial quote and they declined with the excuse that the chairs are coming from a third party. It’s unfortunate and unacceptable that they couldn’t honour the executed contract and I had to start again to look for a vendor. I’m happy that I got my deposit refunded, but the feeling of disappointment outweighs the satisfaction of getting my money back. If you can’t trust a business to have integrity and credibility, why on earth would you do business with them?

I had my decor booked with this company for my wedding and I am sad to say how unprofessional and displeasing the service has been. I went in for a quote and it took weeks to receive, on top of that I had to change my wedding day because of Covid , and they had the wrong date all together for the wedding. No one monitors the phones and it makes weeks to get a response back from email. I asked to cancel my decor with them because I didn’t feel confident with their level of priority and professionalism for my wedding. I didn’t think I could depend on them for my wedding. They of course refuse to give deposits back even though the only really I am cancelling is because of their services. Also not great decor option very limited. I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star , because there level of customer service is extremely poor.
