Vivian’s vision, breadth of experience and calm demeanor made her the perfect wedding planner for us in August 2018. She was a godsend and was integral in giving us the wedding of our dreams. Stop looking elsewhere and rest-assured with Vivian. She put out a few fires for us on our wedding day, including saving the day when a few of my relatives showed up that I had forgotten to account for. She ensured they were seated at an appropriate table and immediately put me at ease. Highly recommended and extremely professional wedding planner.

If you're planning a wedding, trust me when I say you want Vivian on your team! My husband and I had such a great time on our wedding day, and we would not have been able to enjoy our day the same way without Vivian's help. Vivian is a true professional through and through, and made sure that no detail was overlooked. She makes her clients feel like her top priority at all times throughout the planning process, and goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a wedding planner (for example, Vivian volunteered to pick up our wedding favours for us when things were getting hectic before the wedding). She is easily accessible by phone/email and always responds in a timely manner. Our wedding day was perfect and virtually stress-free; Vivian took care of any and all situations that arose (e.g. seating unexpected guests, being ready with supplies to help bridesmaids with hair that was falling out/dresses that weren't staying put). She also took the time to make sure we were well-fed at our wedding! While my husband was initially hesitant about whether we really 'needed' a wedding planner, he and I both agree that hiring Vivian was worth every penny. She is such a pleasure to work with & we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Vivian is phenomenal! I'm a wedding planner myself, and had a hard time trying to find someone whom I could fully trust to coordinate my wedding day. I had almost 30 vendors to coordinate and a lot of moving parts. I had an opportunity to work with Vivian for a mutual client and knew she would be perfect! No regrets what-so-ever! Vivian took all my details and executed everything perfectly! I never once had to double check on something being done. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went smoothly. Our wedding was affected by the covid pandemic (originally in June 2020 then postponed to August 2020), Vivian checked in often and offered help constantly. Having peace of mind while I got my hair and make up done knowing she was on site taking care of everything just made my entire wedding day that much better. Vivian is absolutely incredible. Planning is definitely not my forte and the idea of planning a wedding completely stressed both my wife and I out. When we met Vivian, we were immediately struck by her warmth and genuine interest in getting to know us. We booked her full-service planning package and we could not have been happier with her services. She handled EVERYTHING—from sourcing and communicating with vendors and setting up meetings, to creating and managing a budget for us, and much, much more! She even printed and mailed out our invitations. Her attention to detail is outstanding and not one thing was overlooked when it came to our big day and the beautiful vision she had for it. Since we got married on a working farm, all of our vendors were outside vendors and there were countless moving pieces. Vivian handled all of it! She made sure our day went smoothly and kept the timeline on track. Our day was 100% stress-free and the only thing we had to worry about was getting married and enjoying ourselves. Vivian is not only an event planner, but a florist. The florals she created for our special day were absolutely stunning. She made our day more beautiful than we ever could have imagined and there is no way we could have done it without her. We truly cannot say enough good things about her and we highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a little (or, like us, A LOT of) help planning their wedding.

After we got engaged in late 2019, Vivian was one of several wedding planners that we approached to help us plan our wedding for summer 2020. We knew during our first meeting that we wanted her to help plan and design our special day. Vivian was flexible and accommodating with us (including a change in province for our wedding location!) and when covid forced us to put a pause on our plans she was invaluable in helping us navigate everything. After a couple months of reflection, my fiancé and I decided that we wanted to go ahead with an intimate wedding this summer. We reached out to Vivian again and with less than a month to prepare and plan she pulled together the wedding of our dreams! Vivian's attention to detail is incredible, and she puts as much care into everything as if it was her own wedding. Again, she was so flexible with us, and even accommodated a surprise venue change for the ceremony one week before our wedding day. The aesthetic and design that Vivian created for our day was beautiful and beyond anything we dreamed of, with so many small details that made it feel unique to us. My fiancé and I were able to relax and enjoy the entire day because we knew that Vivian would have all the details under control. She made our wedding day feel magical and completely perfect! I cannot recommend Vivian enough, and it was an absolute pleasure having the opportunity to work with her!

Vivian was such a DREAM to work with! She is kind, responsive, genuine and so open to sharing her styling ideas and offering suggestions when it came time for us to make last minute decisions and finalize all of our day-of-details. The décor and set-up looked better than we could have imagined it, Vivian even brought some of her own décor from home to help us complete our vision which just speaks to who she is - so sweet and generous! My wife and I are grateful for having Vivian as our wedding planner. She provided great insight and helpful feedback when it came to decision making. This eliminated a lot of the stress when it came to planning a wedding. Our wedding was in September 2020 and in the middle of the pandemic. We chose not to post-pone, but instead go ahead with a smaller wedding. Vivian helped co-ordinate with all our vendors to make the necessary changes, yet made sure we kept the most important elements of our vision. Vivian was an incredible, thoughtful, organized, supportive, flexible and creative wedding planner! Vivian was there every step of the way, providing honest, calm, and sage advice at every decision point. She has the best taste and every décor and floral detail pulled together in a way that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. My wedding reception had 335 guests and was held in a tent...so long story short, she can handle anything! She successfully coordinated with about 25 vendors and made everything go smoothly. On the day of my wedding, there was a terrible rain storm that could have resulted in a totally flooded tent, but Vivian problem solved and saved the day! Vivian is hard working, kind, reliable and does not take short cuts. I am so grateful to have worked with her…and now that my wedding has passed, I miss speaking to her regularly! Every bride-to-be knows that they are in for an emotional roller coaster during the wedding planning process – having Vivian as a constant during the process was a life saver! I would highly recommend Vivian Lyttle to anyone - she is wedding planning superstar!

Vivian is an amazing wedding/event planner. No detail was overlooked - twice over when we had to reschedule due to Covid. My guests were blown away by Vivian and my entire wedding at how well planned out everything was. They, and I, loved the service provided by Vivian and all the vendors she helped me pick. The thing that everyone was most impressed was she was calm and collected in everything she did. My step dad commented at the end of the night "that is one professional! I didn't see her run once and she got everything done without anyone really noticing it was happening!". Vivian has a great list of vendors she has worked closely with through the years and they work as a well oiled machine. She is also very quick to pickup on any changes that need to occur (like changing from one venue to another 2 weeks before the wedding) and makes sure everyone knows what to do or where to be. If I ever plan another gathering in the Niagara region I will be calling Vivian. And if I get wind of anyone in that area planning anything I will be sending her contacts to them. I highly recommend her.
