We had our wedding on December 04, 2021 at the Edgewater. My husband and I would like to say thank you to Isabelle, Vicki, Brooke, Alice, Francesca, Robert, Chef Honey and the rest of the Pearle Team for all their assistance in ensuring our wedding was successful. We received many compliments and positive feedback regarding the warm and elegant setting. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a smooth night and we're humbled for everything you all did to contribute to the success of this special day for us! Thank you to: Isabelle, Alice and Francesca: For ensuring the logistics for the day went smoothly with little to no disruptions. Brooke: For ensuring our guests were happy with their rooms and that their requests were met. Robert: For having a great positive attitude with our guests as they checked in or with the many requests we made throughout our time there. Vicki: For all your assistance in having my husband's surprise vision come to life. Made for an amazing surprise and I thank you for all your help and patience with him. Chef Honey: For the world class cuisine that you and your team provided. From the cocktail to late night snacks. Your team did an amazing job and we received many compliments about the freshness and deliciousness of the food. Even a chef we had as a guest approved of your food and was very impressed!Thank you as well for ensuring our guests allergies were addressed and accommodations were made. Servers, Bartender & Valet: For all your assistance throughout the night. Your roles played an important part with your professionalism in representing the Pearle brand. Everyone at the Pearle exceeded our expectations and did a great job! Selecting the Pearle to host this important milestone in our life was the best decision we ever made. We just had our wedding here and cannot thank the Pearle staff enough. From wedding planning, to food, to guest accommodations, everything was on point, upscale, and beyond our expectations. We can’t wait to return once the restaurant and spa are open!

We were guests at a wedding. The rooms are clean, relaxing and nicely designed. The view we had was beautiful. But what stood out most is the customer service. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, especially Warren and Sean. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Two weeks before my stay, I get an email saying that my rate has been changed (doubled), or I could cancel. I’m not sure how they can operate with that kind of lack of integrity, but it seems like a rough way to start a new hotel.
