Funning and Fuming

Moved to Niagara Falls late 2017, bought ticket on GroupOn from this outfit, to be redeemed on the company's website. The coupon code wouldn't get accepted. Called twice to inquire about what could be done (before the ticket expired) and was told to call back, and call back. I even text messaged over the details, so she would have it written in front of her... and still no response. Fourth call and I get... "call me back on Monday when I have my notes with me". This has to be the lamest of online-dating experiences, of which there are a few. To the owner of this operation, I'm not looking for feedback or help, your opportunity to do that has expired.

New services have been added. The Couples Dates are great for those who have been married for a long time and looking for easy or custom planning, but also good for couples that have recently matched up! It is best to make an appointment before going to the office in case the owner is out or in a meeting. It happened.
