Words are not enough to express how amazing Lindsay was! She went above the call of duty for Gavin and I on our wedding day and leading up to our wedding day! Lindsay worked with us for about 6 months before our wedding and trust me when I say she was worth every penny! She knew to ask questions Gavin and I would never think to ask. Planning a wedding... Lindsay is very organized and efficient! She has the qualities of an amazing planner! I have worked with Lindsay and I can always count on her being a step ahead of things for events! She is also an amazingly friendly and sweet lady! I highly recommend!
Lindsay is amazing!! To say she is an organized is an understatement and when hiring a wedding/event planner - organization is everything!! I met her recently as we shared the same bride and my experience with her was most helpful & so much fun!! She is super sweet and always available for a question or updates. As the wedding florist, she always kept me in the loop, was what to assist yet understood that the florals are my speciality and her role was to assist me and not attempt to take over. In the wedding industry - many vendors and from my experience - wedding planners are cut throat and unapproachable. NOT IN THIS CASE!! Lindsay stands out from the rest - she is the exception!! I hope to be paired up with her in the future and must say if we shared every wedding going forward - it would be such a pleasure :) If you want a planner that will eleviate any stress, plan every step of your day ( to the minute lol ) & enhance your wedding day - then you need to finish reading this review, call and hire her!!! So happy!!!
in a year of so much uncertainty Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch! she not only helped us plan a destination wedding that ultimately couldn't happen because of travel restrictions; she also helped us quickly pivot and plan a perfect intimate wedding that was everything we dreamed of and more. On the day of we didn't have to worry about a thing, Lindsay made sure everything was in place and all we had to do was have fun. highly recommend!!!

As one of the many brides that had her wedding date changed due to Covid-19, I could not have been more grateful for all the work that Lindsay did. Thinking I could plan all the details of my wedding myself, after pushing my wedding day a full year, and 10 months to our new date, I was overwhelmed and in need of help. Feeling like my dream wedding could never be a reality with the ever changing guidelines, Lindsay went above and beyond to help make our wedding day as perfect and stress free as humanly possible! She was so professional and in the know, even catching when one vendor I had previously signed a contract with just disappeared, and helping me find a new one. The detail and care she put into meeting my needs was exceeded in every way. Hiring Lindsay was one of the best decisions I made and I seriously can not praise or thank her enough for all her amazing work.
I am a bridesmaid in a wedding Lindsay had been hired to plan. Unfortunately, events did not go in the Bride’s favor, and Lindsay did not fulfill her duties as a planner. Lindsay had preferred vendors that she recommended to her clients, which most planners do, although I am unsure if she did much research on them, as there are poor reviews on these vendors that were posted before they booked them. Lindsay had stated she would be present for all vendor meetings, and when the Bride had her meeting with the caterer, Lindsay cancelled last minute. This resulted in the Bride not getting the paperwork she needed when the caterer went bankrupt and the bride was left out $1000.00. Obviously not something a Bride wants to deal with when weddings already cost so much. The Bride asked if there were any places they could trim back to save on money, and Lindsay suggested they eliminate the one thing the bride wanted at the wedding. The brides wants were ignored. Lindsay also recommended vendors for décor rentals and stationery. She asked the Bride if she was going to use her preferred vendor for invitations, and the bride hadn’t decided on vista print or the vendor since it was a large price tag. The preferred vendor then contacted the Bride and the Bride made the decision to go with another option as I offered to make the invites. At this time Lindsay broke the contract, stating the bride dismissed a vendor without consulting her. Lindsay did not give a refund for the $1000.00 that was paid to her, more wasted money out of the Brides pocket thanks to the wedding planner who was hired to help SAVE money and find creative ideas for the wedding. The preferred rental company then also folded, leaving the bride out even more money, as if she hadn’t endured enough stress in the first place. Luckily Steve Roloson with HR Guelph came to the rescue for many brides who were left without décor rental. All in all, the Bride put faith into a planner who was starting out and knew personally through friends, and was burned. Under Lindsay’s services on her website she states “A full planning package saves time, money, and frustration”. In this case, it wasted time as new vendors needed to be found, and refunds need to be fought for, money was wasted, and more than frustration was felt. Lindsay was not professional in her manner, and I feel in the wedding industry customer service is very important as well as being able to listen to a bride and grooms needs and wants, they are paying a high price tag for help in the planning to take stress off themselves. Lindsay did not deliver on any of these key services.
I hired Lindsay to plan my baby shower and let me tell you.. She went above and beyond!!! I couldn't have been happier with her! From professionalism to getting me the absolute best deals on vendors, she's made it happen and all the while with a huge smile on her face. Not only did she have amazing cost efficient solutions to my over the top (unrealistic) expectations, she made my day special and unique to me! She's got a one of a kind creative mind that really gets you what you want, for what you can afford. The girl is just amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend her to any of my closest friends and family (which says a lot!!!), truly a huge relief to have someone so reliable and knowledgable handle the fine details, that I know I would have forgotten!! Lindsay if you're reading this.... Thank you so much for making my first borns day so special!! You were truly such blessing to me!!! Xoxoxoxo to you!
I have had numerous interactions with Lindsay in dealing with two of my vendors canceling (nothing to do with Lindsay). She was sweet, sympathetic, and more than helpful in aiding me with finding new vendors, despite her not being my wedding planner and not getting paid. I have no doubt she would be amazing as a planner.
Lindsay is an absolute gem! She is the sweetest, kindhearted person I have ever met.
I honestly do not know where to begin, because the appreciation and gratitude I have for Lindsay and her involvement in our day cannot be captured in only a few words. From the very beginning, Lindsay was our biggest supporter. I am a bride that knows what I want, that has the "vision" and Lindsay saw it from the beginning. I hired her for Month of Coordination, but she was with me every step of the way during the planning. I could message her and she would responded instantly with a suggestion, a confirmation or an answer. It is an incredible feeling when you can trust someone to execute your dream for you, after so many months of planning. She knew exactly what I wanted and my wedding was everything I had hoped for. Lindsay works INCREDIBLY hard. Harder than any of the other vendors, and at times even harder than me! She was there for our entire day, first one to arrive at the venue and last one to leave. She was prepared, professional and extremely skilled at her craft. She set up my decor, placed 4,000 rose petals, and folded my napkins so perfectly to display our donation cards. She came to the rescue the day before, when the napkins I had ordered came the wrong colour, and all different sizes. She has new ones rented, picked up and ready same day! I have two brides that attended my wedding that are now requesting her information and people are still talking about the incredible job that she did. When it comes to value, Lindsay does not charge enough for her services. If you are looking for the utmost perfection she is your girl and at a steal of a deal. She contacted all my vendors 4 weeks out, had a 21 page itinerary completed, organized and sent to all my vendors a week out, so they knew exactly where they needed to be and what time. She made final payments day of, and all my other vendors went out of their way to compliment her and her diligence.
Lindsay is very skilled at taking the world of wedding possibilities and distilling it down in to a couple of different choices for the couple. Decision making is one of the most challenging parts of wedding planning, and she makes it approachable and low stress. She is dedicated, responsive, and professional. She instills confidence that she will create, develop and manage your wedding with the same care that you would apply yourself. My husband and I came to Lindsay with a real challenge. We planned our wedding in less than three months. On top of the time pressure, there was a global pandemic going on. There was no way the event would have been possible without Lindsay’s professional knowledge and guidance. Lindsay worked tirelessly at a tremendously challenging time of changing government restrictions to give us the wedding we dreamed of, COVID or otherwise! What I would say to any bride is that your wedding planner is one of, possibly the most, important vendor you will hire. With that in mind, I would unreservedly recommend Lindsay to my friends and family!
We had our wedding this August and Lindsay was a life saver! She was patient, organized and made us feel really comfortable. I had no stress the day of the wedding because Lindsay handled everything for us! She made sure we were according to our schedule and confirmed with me if there was any little changes.
