My wife and I used Krista for our wedding, and selected the partial planning package. When we first met Krista, we were a little unsure about using a wedding planner, as we were really just looking for some assistance with the design components. Eventually we decided to go with the partial planning package as we wanted to retain some control over the process. It turned out to be the best wedding-related decision we made. Very quickly we gave up on our plan to research our own vendors and hired Krista's suggested vendors, as they were always the best quality and great value. Krista's wedding planning tools made our life easy and gave us focus (which we desperately needed). She was always responsive and patient with our crazy ideas (and tactful in talking us out of the bad ones). In the end, I am not sure how we would have pulled it off without Krista. Our wedding was far more polished, stunning, and enjoyable for our guests than we ever could have managed on our own. As for us, we were able to actually enjoy the day knowing that Krista had everything under control. Thank you Krista!

Before we hired Krista for month of coordination, we were both so stressed out and all over the place about the whole process. With being in the wedding industry ourselves, we had a full plate of taking care of our clients' wedding details. Krista gave us the confidence, reassurance and experience we needed and streamlined the whole process. She also brought things to our attention that we probably would have missed. Krista was flexible and made it easy to communicate and stay on track with helpful google sheets, check in meetings and messages. We would 10000% recommend having a wedding planner, especially Krista. Having a wedding planner and day of coordinator took away any stress for the day of knowing that someone was our main point of contact making sure everything went smoothly. She took care of hiccups that we didn't even realize - like getting the venue to switch out to a larger table to accommodate for a surprise guest that decided to show up. We also had a code phrase that was helpful and used at one point when something didn't go as planned. Overall, our experience with KJ & Co was amazing and everything turned out better then we ever expected it to. Beginning planning our wedding, we were overwhelmed. There were so many details to consider, so many questions and so many things we did not want to over look. Our biggest concern leading up to the wedding was to enjoy the wedding planning process and create a day that reflected us and our relationship. The best advice I received from a friend was to hire someone to help us with all those pieces. Looking back at our wedding day, I am so grateful that I took that advice. The initial consultation call we had with Krista made me certain we needed her involved in our wedding. Krista’s attention to detail made sure that no stone was left unturned and in the end we had our dream wedding! The best part of having Krista involved in our wedding was that she always advocated for us. Planning a wedding was uncharted territory for us, and in a lot of cases we did not know what to ask for or when to push back on something with our vendors. Krista always stepped up and advocated for us, asking the difficult questions and ensuring that we got the most from all our vendors and venue. This was so wonderful as it removed us having to have sometimes difficult conversations but also helped to make our wedding come together beautifully. When we started wedding planning we knew we wanted a venue a little different, so we booked at a brewery which meant we wouldn't have access to an onsite coordinator. We toyed with the idea of trying to do it ourselves, but I knew I wanted no stress the day of. Krista was recommended by the venue so we booked a meeting with her as well as a few other coordinators. She was our first meeting and after talking to her I cancelled my other meetings and booked her instantly. Due to our budget restraints, we could only afford her for the month of coordination and she was probably our best investment. She sent several spreadsheets (including a budget that she set up for us). Even though we only did the month of, she was available to answer questions and give advice ongoing. Her responses were prompt (even though she's a mother of two small children - I don't know how she does it!). And when it came down to the month of, she coordinated with all my vendors I booked (including table & chair rentals). This allowed me to focus on other details I needed to worry about. Booking her allowed me peace of mind leading up to and including the day of. My day went off without a hitch and I don’t think that would have been the case without Krista. I would recommend her 100% and I know a few of my bridesmaids have already said they would use her when they get married – even with the small exposure they had!

KJ and Co. provided design and coordination services for our fall 2015 wedding. Krista's design proposal was so helpful - after meeting with us to learn about our vision, she was easily able to take all our inspiration and ideas, infuse her own personal touches and help us to end up with a beautiful and cohesive design. It was beyond what we could've hoped for! Krista's vendor recommendations were excellent and her plans made communicating our look to others so much easier. Her own collection of rentals and suggestions on where to purchase other items made all the small touches easy. Krista is very organized. Her planning spreadsheets keep everything in order, and she helped keep us on track throughout the planning process with regular reminders on outstanding tasks and vendor suggestions. Krista was always very quick to respond to questions via text, email or phone. She was great at listening to our suggestions, and either finding a way to make it work taking into consideration our space, budget and priorities, but also letting us know when something was unrealistic. The best part of working with Krista was that on our big day, we could just relax and know everything was in great hands with someone who knew the plans better than we did. Thanks to KJ and Co., we had an absolute blast and didn't worry about a thing.

Let me tell you, for anyone who is reluctant, your mind will be blown. My husband who was not for the idea did a complete 180.
