I love Ettridges Studio. Susan, the owner, and the entire staff (Meagan, Josh and Jessica) are awesome and fun to work with. Their dedication to elegance, excellence in hospitality and friendly service is unparalleled. The Studio features a variety of backgrounds, wall textures and colors and is equipped with props and strobes for photo shoots. Whatever your imagination allows, the space can accommodate. I've done a few photo shoots at the Ettridges The Studio in the last a few weeks and never ran out of space or options to create what I've envisioned for my photos. Cheers to the Ettridges Studio team and thank you for offering your space as my playground.

The I Do lettering used for a backyard wedding was phenomenal. It provided a perfect backdrop for selfies,, provided a unique focal point and was so unique. Ettridges is a 5 star business and without hesitation, recommend them. Amazing!

Since the beginning of trying to booking a service, it has been difficult from the start. The pictures do look great however the service is terrible. You can only speak to the owner Susan by texting, she never speaks on the phone. Her phone message states she does not want any kid to do without balloons for their birthday especially during this time of COVID etc. However, you book her and she does NOT show for the scheduled service. In fact, when you attempt to follow up with her to confirm if she is coming, she does not respond. I informed her that the only time to "not" come in to set up would be appreciated which was a 1/2 hour on the date but if not possible "I would make it work" and she stated that maybe this type of service was not for me and tried to see if I could go somewhere else. She states she is ONE person as she has no employees at this time. I will not ever consider referring this person or the company, if she is not happy with her customer, she takes it out on the recipient which is the children, which is very sad!

Susan is an artist who clearly loves what she does! She was able to take a concept and turn it into terrific pieces of art and the pricing was very reasonable! We'll definitely use Ettridges again!

We want to thank Ettridges for the lovely job decorating our wedding on September 10th, 2016. Ettridges provided the backdrop, table cloths, seat covers, napkins, centrepieces, and tulle decorations down the staircase for our wedding. We met with them at their studio in Burlington where they went over the various options and samples they have available. Everything was decorated before we arrived and done just to our liking. Our wedding looked incredibly romantic and elegant. Thank you very much!
