Charlotte did a fantastic job! I hired her to decorate my baby’s 1st birthday because I only had a 15 minute time limit to get the venue set up before guests arrived. I gave her my budget and she was able to pull off a huge balloon arch perfectly matching my theme colours and hang #1 balloon sign. Can’t believe she pulled it off in 15 minutes! I also appreciated that when I first made contact and asked if she would fit her service cost within my budget as well she was able to pay herself and buy decorations within that as well. Thank you Charlotte!
