Some of the best money ever spent. I spent ages planning our wedding but had anxiety about the days leading up to the wedding, as well as the wedding day itself. Whilst I could picture everything, I wasn’t sure of the timing of the day, who would do it, who would break it down, if I would be running here, there and everywhere. I was especially nervous because we had so many guests coming from abroad, that the last thing I wanted to do on our wedding day, was deal with issues or set-up. Enter the extraordinary Sarah J! She helped to calm any nervousness I had leading up to the wedding, allowed me to bounce ideas off her if I felt like I was going too overboard or not overboard enough. I’m a cut to the chase kind of gal, and really appreciated how Sarah was a straight shooter and never tried to sell me on her ideas of how she thought things should go. She listened and advised how best to implement on the day. Her warmth and understanding really made it feel like you were talking to a lifelong friend, or, a bridesmaid. Could not be happier with how the day turned out with the help of Sarah.

Sarah J! All I can say is our day wouldn’t have been all it was without her. Sarah is kind, full of knowledge, she knows the industry & this girl has her magic little hands in everything! She is patient (especially when i am so indecisive), she is thoughtful (this girl always showed up with a bottle of bubbles) and kind (seriously, the biggest heart i have ever seen). She took my vision and made it come to life. She was by my side through the planning, the dress fittings, the paperwork & all the little details, morning set up, saving our sunken in cake, to the perfect little pep talk before i walked down the aisle. She helped with wardrobe changes & keeping me in line. (I tend to be a little flighty) This girl was on point with everything and made sure it all ran seamlessly. Sarah is an amazingly talented and thoughtful planner/coordinator. Without her help, I would never have had the wedding of my dreams. She was there for every step of my big day. When I called her crying because I didn’t feel pretty trying on dresses, she jumped in, found my dress and made the experience so special for me. She was always there for me, patient and loving. She listened to my crazy ideas for my wedding and she made it happen. She would take me out for lunch on the tough days, take my crazy calls and always made everything better. This woman knows her stuff! She kept me on track for a year. Her connections with the best of the best in the industry is key. She knows where to go to get the best flowers, rentals, seamstress, dresses and cocktails. Day of the wedding she was on site first thing in the morning to make sure all the details came together. I knew I had no reason to stress or worry about anything with her there and I was able to enjoy my time relaxing with my family before the ceremony. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as organized and calm as Sarah. She was my biggest cheerleader that day. My friends and family at the wedding were blown away with her and just could stop commenting on how amazing she was. She was prepared for everything, thank god because my dress ripped and she was able to get me stitched up and back to party before anyone noticed I stepped away. She gave us the wedding of our dreams and a friendship that I will always cherish. Also, the flower wall we used for our ceremony and photo booth backdrop is an exclusive rental that only Sarah has. It’s breathtaking.

Not only is she a super sweet & friendly person (that I now absolutely adore), she is also exceptionally skilled & organized, and the most positive person I have ever met. As our small backyard wedding grew and grew, I knew I couldn't be a bride and ensure the day ran smoothly. The first time I met Sarah, it was like meeting an old friend for coffee. She immediately makes you feel comfortable. Over the next few months, she was always there to answer any questions I had. 10 days before the wedding, disaster struck-our wedding cake was not going to happen. Luckily for us, Sarah pulled off the most beautiful cake, saved the day, and our guests are still raving about it 2 weeks later. She has insider knowledge on the Ottawa wedding industry and hooked us up with some hard to find greenery. Sarah did an excellent job in helping me plan out my day. My whole wedding was very DIY so I do not know what I would have done without Sarah's guidance. She really saw my vision from the beginning, and worked with me to make it happen! She definitely went above and beyond to make sure the venue look beautiful. She had some great recommendations on local vendors, and worked well with the vendors I chose for the day-of. She was the primary contact on the day which really takes the stress off the bride with any last minute questions, etc. Would highly recommend Sarah, she'll definitely make your wedding day come together perfectly!

We were lucky enough to have Sarah for a day to manage a 90th birthday party.. She had been referred by a former boss and also a restaurant owner. From the initial contact it was clear sailing as we exchanged ideas on menu and arrangements. Sarah took a huge load off our shoulders and also saved us quite a bit of money and time as she was able to prepare a number of items which we would otherwise have had to source elsewhere. She also picked up supplies and of course delivered and set everything up exquisitely well in advance of the arrival of guests. On site she is low profile but always there to oversee and provide individual polite, friendly and professional service to every guest. All around wonderful experience, even if it wasn't a wedding.
