Recently “Planting Seeds International” (PSI) held a Virtual Fundraising Gala hosting 100 guests with the hopes of raising money to support education and community development programs in Guatemala. The PSI organizing committee had very little experience with ‘virtual’ presentations, but were very much aware that ‘virtual’ was the only ‘covid-safe’ approach that could be taken, in order to support the cause . Mike Greenwood, President of Oxygen B2B Solutions & Oxygen Events, was approached to assist with this initiative, and he agreed most generously to take on this task. From the beginning both Mike and his business partner Victoria Bureau, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the PSI Virtual Gala. Most importantly, they understood what we wanted to achieve and directed the team very smoothly. They responded to all or our requests patiently and positively. Oxygen Event Planners quietly inspired confidence. Oxygen Events helped us to present a terrific showcase of PSI goals and achievements, and the ‘show went on without a hitch’. The presentation included a number of videos, a slide show, and a live Q&A with the PSI Leadership Team in Guatemala and guests in Canada and the United States. The event was wonderfully successful, in large part due to the organization and direction from Mike and Victoria. Planting Seeds International received many positive compliments after the event.
