Since my childhood; Flowers Brockville was a household name and it has never left me…I’ve moved from my hometown of Brockville, started a life of my own but every year I buy my momma flowers for Mother’s Day and every year the lovely ladies of Flowers Brockville deliver year after year..it speaks volumes to see how a local business still trumps the big box stores, and being locally owned is one of the many reasons I support. The flower arrangements are wonderful and full (I go from what my mom knows since she knows best!) and prices are reasonable for the flowers you receive! I am a forever supporter of Flowers Brockville simply because they care about their customers and it shows. Thank you Tammy and crew for lifting the spirits and beautifying the homes of everyone! 5+ stars!

Not only was I given great customer service but considering the whole transaction was executed over the phone I was given accurate descriptions of the products available. What was sent out did not disappoint at all and was exactly what I wanted. Simple but so beautiful and pure. The woman delivering for my friend was so accommodating considering there was a toddler in the home. It was just an amazing experience by all in such a sad time.

I wish I could say something more positive. There is a running joke in my family about buying cake shaped floral arrangements. On the 20th of April, I was on the receiving end. The flowers were stunning and smelled wonderful, however the arrangement did not resemble a cake, at ALL, aside from the fact that it had a few candles. I spoke to the florist Tammy, and I was bowled over by her response. I have to say I was not expecting an argument! It was like a Monty Python skit. "This floral arrangement does not resemble a cake" "Yes it does" "No it doesn't".......ad infinitum !!!! Finally she raised her voice and asked 3 times in rapid succession, "What do you want?" I told her I wanted to get off the phone. What I really wanted, was respect and customer service. Is this too much to ask?

I ordered online last minute for same day deliver which isn't an easy task for florists and while they may not have had all flowers in stock from the photo they did their best and I'd say the delivered arrangement actually turned out better!
