I recently sent a birthday arrangement to my sister for her birthday. I wasn’t sure if Colonial would be open during COVID times but Marilyn answered my call (and was very helpful) and personally delivered the arrangement. I had an idea of what I wanted but never expected the arrangement to be this spectacular. The peonies, ranunculus and freesias were absolutely lovely and so fresh. Arranged so naturally - it is one of the prettiest arrangements I have seen and my sister was absolutely delighted. Thank you so much - would recommend 100%!

My favourite florist! The staff are always friendly and more than happy to accommodate even a difficult request. I have been a customer for thirty years. The shop has beautiful curb appeal and I can always find a gift for a special occasion. At times, Marilyn and the staff have ordered special plants/flowers if I cannot find what I am looking for in the shop. The flowers are always fresh and their attention to detail in their arrangements is the best in the area.

Marilyn and her team did an amazing job for us decorating a curling rink for us last year for my daughter's wedding. The arena was transformed into a beautiful reception venue and guests could not believe the sophisticated, elegant and breathtaking setting Marilyn had turned the space into. We could not have been more delighted.... we were more than happy with her vision of the bride's special day!

We decided to order flowers from this quaint little shop in Brockville for my mother. Last year we tried an online resource based in Ottawa (that was a disaster, and still not resolved). Picture 1 (dark background) is what we ordered; Picture 2 (delivered product)....they are 100% identical. There was a shortage of something that went into the arrangement, instead of just tossing something else in, they called and asked for permission. Great Customer Service! Great Product!

The bouquet was very nice but some of the flowers are already dying. Also, they weren't delivered until 10pm so I had to wait all day in the house and couldn't go anywhere. The colours of the flowers were not what was ordered. Will probably not order from Colonial again.
