I had really good experience with Shaughnessy Weddings. They are really professional decoration and creation. They totally understood what we wanted for our wedding and even created more things for us. Michelle spent a lot of time to discuss about our wedding event. Michelle was unbelievable! We were extremely last minute in our planning and we had things booked left and right but unsure what was needed. Thank God that we found Michelle, she quickly put on the caretaker hat and made sure we got our dream wedding the way we wanted. Although we were freaking out most of the time, Michelle was juggling between all of our vendors and new ones to make sure it’s 100% ready to go. We even had multiple mock setup to ease our overthinking! On top of that, even during the wedding day, the entire SWE team was there from morning till mid night, well over 20 hours of work to ensure the smoothest transition. I highly recommend Michelle, you can tell she takes extreme care of all details, small to large, and ownership of everything that gets thrown her way! Definitely a hidden gem, go talk to her and you will find out yourself!

I had such a great experience with Shaughnessy Weddings and Events (SWE). Michelle is such a pleasure to work with! I knew I was shooting for the moon looking for authentic hanboks (traditional Korean dresses) in Vancouver, but I did anyway. I ended up stumbling upon SWE. I was very lucky because, in the end, I ended crossing off wearing a hanbok on my bucket list. It was a dream come true, and Michelle made it possible for me. The SWE website was well laid out and I really liked how Michelle encouraged her website visitors to contact her. I promptly received a response. Michelle is very personable, and I think that's a big part of how great my experience was. She is open to her clients and truly creative. I ended up finding the perfect size and perfect colour (even a headpiece) of hanbok! There were so many colours and styles. I learned more about Korean culture, too. I loved that. It was good to know that I was working with someone who was honest and meant well. I am glad to have met such a wonderful lady! I completely and happily recommend SWE.
