Long review, short version: Hasti heard what was important to us as a couple, we always felt her priority was delivering the best possible wedding day for us . She’s knowledge, makes great recommendations, and can come up with Plan Bs and adapt like no body’s business. We trust her completely, and hiring Hasti meant we relaxed and could be totally present to enjoy the day with our family and friends Hiring Hasti and La Vista Events was the best choice we made during wedding planning. When my husband and I started wedding planning, our goal was to be efficient in our planning and to make the least number of decisions possible — We would describe our vision, our parameters (must have, can’t have), and budget to Hasti and she would make suggest about 3 vendors for us to look at. Utilizing her extensive vendor network and knowledge, saved us research time, and let us *enjoy* being engaged and the parts of wedding planning we did like. When COVID hit, Hasti was right there alongside us. Starting all over again was hard, we gave up a few times but Hasti gently kept us on track, helped us figure out a new direction to go in, and played emotional support coach more than once. Every time a new restriction came out, Hasti reach out and let us know how it would or wouldn’t affect us, and what was the plan around it if we were affected. I can’t put into words how much her proactive and sensible approach meant to us, especially on days it felt like we were fighting to even have our wedding day happen The week leading up to the wedding, Hasti handled everything — confirmations, reception decor, pick-ups, and probably 50 other small behind the scenes details I didn’t see. The day of the wedding, she kept us calm, hydrated, kept our snacks available (and not hangry), and even took amazing behind the scene shots. Ahead of our restaurant reception, Hasti went in and did all the set up for us which allowed us to take a nap before dinner since we had an early wake-up. Let me re-emphasize, we were so calm and well-taken care of on our wedding day we relaxed enough to NAP. I truly cannot recommend Hasti enough

There is so much that can be said about Hasti from La Vista Events! Hasti and her team assisted my husband and I with our Kelowna winery wedding 3 years ago. She stepped in with the month of coordination and got in touch with all our vendors to finalize the most detailed wedding timeline and seating arrangement. She made sure to allow time for my husband and I to just have time to ourselves in the midst of all that was going on during the day, and she was attentive to all our needs. Any stressful situations she handled with kindness and poise including a toppled over wedding cake! Hasti is priceless! After meeting her for a consultation, my husband and I agreed we needed her to be with us on our wedding planning journey and there was no way we could do this on our own. The things that sold us were: -different planning packages -easy to talk to -attention to detail -super organized with all her templates, timelines, workbook etc -all of these things will help keep you on track (with your budget, sanity, and day of timeline) -Hasti is the most efficient person you will ever meet! We ended up scaling down with a more intimate ceremony/dinner with our families and wedding party for our “part 1” that took place this year due to COVID-19. Hasti was so amazing “holding our hand” while we all figured out what to do with a global pandemic and wanting to still get married. She always made sure to keep in touch with us and kept us updated with our vendors and then new vendors when we had to change some things in order to adhere to COVID protocols. She planned our mini wedding in basically a month! There were so many extra things that she did for us that weren’t a part of her role as wedding planner but because she is a gem and the best human she is there for you. Hasti is well known within the wedding industry. This truly was a blessing during mini wedding planning with vendor changes and vendor availability. Our Part 1 mini wedding went so well that we feel so lucky to be able to do a Part 2 next year on a larger scale hopefully. Every guest told us after our wedding that everything was so flawless and beautiful. Hasti was there for us 100% at every point of this journey. So many little things came up during the wedding day and she was prepared for all of it even though we (wedding party and guests) weren’t. Her wedding kit has everything you didn’t think you needed. We consider Hasti as a friend now and I can’t wait for Part 2 to happen next year with her full team. If you get the opportunity to work with Hasti and the rest of La Vista Events there will be no regrets. They are so much more than just wedding planners! It was the best decision we could have ever made with our wedding and they are worth every penny and then some!

Hasti you are wonderful!! I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with LaVista Events closely as a floral designer for several years. It has been such a pleasure getting to know Hasti and her team who have consistently proven to be reliable, efficient and are extremely detail oriented. Beginning the floral planning process Hasti will send me a mood board breaking down the vision that her clients have shared with her, allowing me to gain a good understanding of the style and what suggestions to make. We’ll then have a meeting, which is always professional but also really casual and fun. She goes over details that not everyone would consider so that her clients don’t have to stress and if I ever happen to miss something than she will indefinitely catch it. She keeps budget in mind throughout the planning process and has great contacts for vendors that work well together. Hasti and her team are very hands on throughout the wedding day. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Hasti and her team were a godsend! From our initial consult to the final execution on the day, Hasti exuded confidence, professionalism, warmth, and so much knowledge about her craft - it really was one of the best decisions to hire her! Hasti truly exceeded our expectations with her FULL planning package. She took all the stress of the planning out of our hands. She had an extensive vendor network that we could access (all who had nothing but respect and praise for Hasti and team) and I barely had to do any research myself! Hasti was proactive when it came to setting up meetings, following up with us when crucial decisions had to be made so we could stay on schedule, and have I mentioned her VERY detailed wedding planning workbook ? That was a game changer! I am so so happy with how our wedding day was executed, from the moment I woke up after sleeping in and Hasti gently but firmly reminding me that I should get to hair and makeup (haha), the beautiful ceremony, reception, and after-party...Hasti's idea to transform a room into a surprise Bollywood night club experience for our guests - that truly ended the night on a HIGH and memorable note with everyone! The day was nothing short of amazing and I can't think Hasti and her team enough for making it all happen! Her team gave us the VIP treatment from start to finish and even after the wedding was said and done, I could still go to her for questions I had about vendors or small issues I needed help resolving, and she didn't blink an eye or hesitate about still helping me out. Where do I even begin.. I met Hasti and her team at my bestfriends wedding back in August 2020. After my husband and I had to cancel our destination wedding due to Covid we decided to plan a small wedding in 5 weeks. I knew that I could not execute my dream wedding in 5 weeks without Hasti.. she truly is a wedding fairy godmother. After our first zoom meeting to discuss budget, expectations, vision, she jumped right to work and took care of everything. We met and worked with some amazing vendors that really played a big part in making our day as amazing as it was. Hasti not only is SO talented but well respected and has friendships with awesome vendors. Fast forward to our wedding day and it was everything and more than I could've ever imagined! She made my "twilight" dream wedding come to life and there wasn't one thing I would've changed. During our ceremony our 18 month old daughter wanted me but in came Hasti and took our crying daughter to the bridal room to care for her while we had our ceremony. I could go on for days about the little details and efforts Hasti and her team put into your wedding day. The one thing about Hasti and her team is they leave guests and engaged couples in 'awe' of the work ethic that they either want to learn from her if they are aspiring wedding planners or want to hire her for there wedding day. Hasti is truly my partner in crime during this entire wedding planning journey. Without Hasti, there would be no wedding for Daniel and I. She made my wedding vision come to life while staying within our budget. Hasti kept me sane and in check during the entire process and I truly am so grateful for her help. She is THE BEST. What can we say? Working with Hasti makes us wish we could plan another wedding just to spend more time with her. We were lucky enough to work with her for almost two years due to Covid postponement, and that was a blessing in disguise lol. But seriously, she was a dream to work with. La Vista Events is used to planning large, extravagant weddings, but ours was a smaller affair. She was still able to accommodate us - and as far as we can tell - gave us the same amount of dedication and time. Her meticulous planning and organizational skills are mind-blowingly impressive. She kept us on track with friendly reminders, ensuring that we met every deadline (but was flexible and forgiving when we may have slipped lol.) We had a multitude of compliments from family and friends at our wedding - marveling at the way she organized and carried herself throughout the event. Her team on the day (Emily and Lauren) were just as amazing as well. Hasti helped us to assemble a Dream Team of vendors, and even designed the most beautiful custom stationery for us. Her vision for our wedding overall was stunning. We could go on and on, but the point is: we could not have planned our wedding without her. Very professional and very easy to work with. She made us feel so special. We shared so many laughs together, and we hope that she has turned another client into friends.

She's the most organised person I have ever met, while still being easy going, down to earth, a generous listener and meets couples where they are at. We had high expectation, and let me tell you, they have absolutely exceeded all of our expectation. Hasti, was an absolute Godsend. She helped us navigate the nuances of planning a wedding during covid. At no point did we feel uncertain about anything. She literally did all the negotiations and ensured every contract is designed to protect us. IF you think thats impressive, wait till I tell you how about she helped me plan a 2-part surprise proposal event. AND SHE PLANNED IT ALL IN ONE WEEK. AND SHE HELPED ME SAVE SOOO MUCH, and it wasn't like a little surprise party. It was a proposal on top of a mountain after a helicopter ride with a photo and video team on hand, followed by an elaborate (COVID-19 SAFE) surprise dinner. Working with Hasti and her team to help plan our wedding has been hands down one of the best decisions we've made.

When we first started the wedding planning process, we thought we would skip hiring a wedding planner, and spend the money towards venue and décor, etc. But honestly, hiring La Vista Events to be our planners was one of the best decisions and investments we made! Hasti was our lead planner and we were so lucky to have her. She is SUPER professional, very helpful, approachable, and most importantly, she knows what she is doing. Some of the many things Hasti did for us: kept us on track with detailed budget lists, to-do lists, scheduled meetings, kept a track of our vendor payments, proposed multiple rounds of décor themes, ideas, layouts until we were happy, and then found rental companies who could bring those designs to life. She coordinated all day-of timings and logistics with our vendors, she designed and printed our wedding programs for guests. Closer to the wedding, when we had family in town and things were getting hectic, we were able to rely on Hasti to take over and she always did so with a smile and with such grace. At the end of the day, we were very pleased with the overall cost of our wedding, having come in under what we had initially expected. We still get comments from our guests about how hardworking and efficient our planning team was, and many of them took down Hasti’s contact information for their own events! On the days of our wedding, the two of us were treated like royalty by Hasti, Sara, Amin, Carissa, Jen, Tiffany, and Christina. From Amin making sure we had something to eat and drink, to Sara laying down plastic on the mud during our photoshoot so that our clothes and shoes don’t get muddy, they made sure we didn’t have to think of anything or lift a finger. We thoroughly ENJOYED our wedding days! Hasti puts her heart and soul into planning your wedding, which is priceless. We had originally connected with Hasti and her team to do month of co-ordination for our 200+ wedding.
