Eron and her team did a beautiful work for me and my husband last August 31,2019 wedding. for anybody who is getting married I highly recommend Eron and their team service. I thought I have everything under control but hiring them is one of the best gift a couple can do while planning your wedding. they helped me with the rehersal,setup and take down also day of the wedding coordinator. Eron service is the best because she listen and she is organized and have attention to detail and I never realized I had few problems during the day because she handles it well and smoothly even my family members complimented how experienced and good she works. We are so happy to work with you Eron and appreciate how you helped to make it more memorable stress free wedding especially we had a lot of guest and out of town family members.

Eron was delightful to work with for a mutual couples' wedding. Mooch Custom Confections created a floral cake and was welcomed into the venue by Eron and her team! The set up for the cake was smooth as Encore Events had all the details laid out and ready for us when we arrived. Looking forward to creating more cakes for their clients!

Eron from Encore Events was amazing! We chose the Set Up package as I didn't want to have to worry about setting up our venue, or asking family/friends to do the work for us. We had a lot of out-of-town guests attend our wedding and I wanted them to enjoy their vacation, not have to work! If you are considering the same support, I say absolutely go for it! I cannot recommend Encore's services enough, Eron was such a big help. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing that we could just enjoy the day with our wedding party and families, and not worry one bit about all the moving parts - decor set up, vendor arrival, and all the small details. We had her on-site for 5 hours and she helped us keep on schedule, communicated updates between our vendors throughout the day, even helped us nail our procession (which was critical!). If you are considering hiring Encore, do it! The last thing you want is to be stressed out on the best day of your life. Thanks so much Eron for all your help :)

Eron was extremely organized, efficient, and clear in all communication. It was a stressful time planning, postponing, and moving a wedding date during covid. No matter how big or small your wedding may be, GET A DAY OF COORDINATOR! My husband is the stubborn type and thought he could do everything himself on the day of, but he was the first to admit how wrong he was. While my husband and I were taking pictures with family and friends before the ceremony outdoors, Eron had set up my dream ceremony and reception space, juggled all the chaos on making sure things were arriving on time, and was our unofficial DJ for our ceremony — all the while, we were happily present with our loved ones and did not have to worry at all on what was going on for the ceremony/reception. We absolutely loved working with Eron and can't thank her enough for making our dream wedding come true (even in a pandemic, I wouldn't have changed a thing - the day was so perfect all thanks to Eron).

Encore events was amazing to work with start to finish! I can not stress enough how important a day of coordinator is, it took me a while to do convince my husband of this. After our wedding I can report he said Tricia (our day of coordinator) was well worth the money and we would have been lost without her! Eron met with us over zoom to go over our big day, she calmed any nerves I had and made our time table super organized, you can tell she is a pro at this. Tricia followed up with all of our vendors the week before which made our week very stress free. The day of not one vendor contacted us and when we arrived to the venue Tricia had every last detail perfect from welcoming our vendors, lighting candles, setting the tables and welcoming guests. Having Tricia there really allowed not just us but our families relax knowing everything was taken care of. If you are debating hiring Eron and her team, do it now, you will not regret it!
